Arby's

My daughter and I just left DEFY the trampoline park out off Shelbyville Rd,and we were starving ,so we shot straight across the street bagged us some grub and dined in,atmosphere was awesome ,music wasn't to loud and not to low were you couldn't here it,the fine ,and I mean fine lil momma that was behind the counter was beautiful and super friendly ,she took out order ,and in less than 4 minutes we were stuffing our faces ,mmmmmm love me some Arby's.....A++++++

I only give I don't give anybody at 5 Stars I try to avoid it cuz nobody's perfect man and woman child makes no who you are you're not perfect the restaurant it was really really friendly service I went through there at night I just ordered one item and everything was going really good until the car in front of me apparently had a single person in it and the drive-thru was kind of goofing off screwing around not paying attention to him they gave the wrong food to the wrong person which was my order so I had to wait a little bit extra otherwise they were customer oriented and nice but you got you got to keep an eye on these people take care of the customer that's what it's all about but otherwise they were nice

I asked for chicken nuggies because I had been around kids all day and was in kid talk mode and as I drove up to get my order I could hear these mean women making fun of me for saying nuggies. Ok B that's why you work minimum wage. I'm a regular at this location, in about twice a week and usually get treated with respect. Cash me outside.

I had missed dinner with something coming up unexpectedly. It was late, I was driving by and happened to think, " I have their coupons in my dash." I actually don't eat out a lot. I decided it was too late to cook and I was tired. I ordered a sandwich and a small crinkle fries, both with coupons. I knew they were closing soon and questioned myself what I was doing ordering close to closing even with coupons. It's not usually the best time to order when staff need to clean up and go home. My sandwich was freshly made and hot. The employee told me they had to make fries and was closing and they had given me a larger order of fries and to have a good night and please come back. My food could not have been any better. It was great! When the same thing happened again, because it was so good, I ordered at closing again. It was great too! There was a different employee at the window but they were just as friendly. I am impressed !
