Absolutely love their ham have never been disappointed with a sandwich from here however I for some reason couldn't get any firehouse hot sauce said all they had was cholua and Texas pete

One of my favorite fast food sandwich shops. The Hook and Ladder is my go to and it hardly ever lets me down.
I am hopeful this last visit was a one off, but for the love, they were skimpy with the meats this last visit.
It isn't normally a "bread" sandwich which is why I am sticking with 4 stars.

First time visiting this chain. Fast service but staff could be friendlier. Unsweet tea almost out on self-service kiosk. Food arrived warm and tasty. Would definitely give it another try!

The food was delicious. It was busy during lunch hour when we were there, but the staff worked to get us through quickly. We dined in - the food was good, staff were friendly, and the dining area was clean.

By far my favorite subs in town! The owner is always working when I go in there, which is very rare. The gift cards are a big hit with my friends and family as well!

Fire, all the sandwiches are good beside the meat ball, my husband didn't like the meatball sub. Crystal with the purple hair was awesome & the other staff members was great too and they fixed the problem and replaced his sandwiche.. I would go back !!!! Thanks

Firehouse always proves itself to be one of the best sandwich chains around, and this location is no exception. The sandwiches are always well made, delicious, and the portions are pretty large. The staff are very friendly and get your sandwiches to you quickly. Great spot for a hot sandwich.
They were having a promotion last time I went there, where everyone who's name started with a "C" or "U" got a free medium sub, and wouldn't you know, my wife's name started with a C! So that was really cool. Follow them on instagram and you might find another deal for yourself!

I like seeing the calories on the menu.
I took most of it home because it is was so big and I couldn't eat it all.
