Would give zero stars if I could. Order a 10 pc honey chipotle poppers and received this. Looks as if the deliver driver had been EATING my food. Found my dipping sauce for my chicken in my pizza box… Been waiting on hold for 20 minutes and counting.

My experience during this visit was not satisfactory. The pizza was overcooked, it lacked sufficient toppings and was cold to the touch. I was very disappointed. It's been a while since my last visit to Papa John's and it's usually very good.

Only if I felt like putting my shoes and coat back on and getting back in the car to take this pizza all the way back to the store… I would! Looks like whoever just threw black olives in the center on the pizza. And it comes with huge burnt brown air bubbles… this is ridiculous as high as these pizzas are. I guess when you order from the west end Papa John’s, you get west end quality pizza! It’s all about demographics I see! 😡🤦🏾♀️😡

I ordered a large thin cust meats pizza, square cut and and got regular cut instead with no pepperoni on the pizza. I called to let them know their mistake (once again), and I was told to bring the pizza back and they would remake the pizza, I was already at home by then. I emailed corporate and was given a code for a free pizza, just to find out that I couldn't use it after a couple of days, the code expired on 3/14/22 and this incident happened on 3/12/22. I contacted the person that sent me the code to ask him about the expiration date and got no response. The West Broadway store has a serious history for screwing up your order, I lost count of the screw ups. I even provided the proof of what I specifically ordered, now either the employees can't read or they just don't care about customers spending their hard earned money.

The service consistently gets worse. I ordered large sausage and pepperoni pizza. They sent me a cheese pizza. I call to let them know about the mix up. Manager puts me on hold and leaves me on hold till they closed. Sent my husband to the store while I'm sitting on hold.

They were short staffed and good customer service is so hard to come by these days but the gentleman that helped me today set the tone for outstanding customer service!! The credit card machine was down and they were busy but he kept a great attitude and also gave me my food for free since I didn’t have any other form of payment. It’s people like this young men who make a business worthy!! I didn’t get his name, but shout out to you young brother!! 💪🏾

Ordered online and expected it to take a while because sure, it's Saturday night and based on my experiences the place must be short staffed. It has been 4.5 hours and I can't even get through on the phone. Online customer service is no help. Said the order is in "boxing" status and asked if there was anything else they could help me with except fill out a complaint form that the restaurant's management would respond to in up to 48 hours. Not my first time having issues with this place but this is the worst I've had. It definitely seems very poorly managed.
