My husband and I ate here when we went to the farm show. This is our favorite place to eat in Louisville. Hope to visit the States soon.

Potbelly (this one is downtown on 4th street) is more than just another lunch place; it's become one of my go-to spot hands down when I’m in the mood for a sandwich, especially their Steakhouse Beef. Their toasted sandwiches have always been a hit, and recently, they added a breakfast menu that caught me by surprise. But what makes Potbelly truly the best is the staff. They're not just friendly; they genuinely seem to care about making your visit enjoyable. Plus they’re fast at getting people in and out. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!
First time eating at Potbelly's and it was pretty good. I enjoyed the Chicken Club sandwich and the employees were friendly. This is a neat area too.
Foods amazing but they literally give me the wrong soup everytime I go here. Check your order before you leave! The food is delicious though.
I love this location and visit here about once a week. The food is good, the tea is good, the staff are *excellent*. They're always friendly, kind, and helpful. Knocked off one star because the corporate support for this location *sucks*. The loyalty program doesn't integrate well with the POS system, and so the store often cannot honor loyalty rewards, which makes things hard on the staff and customers. Also, the loyalty program shouldn't require an app download. No one wants to fill up their phone with apps that only do one thing - and in this case it's done poorly, or not at all.
Good food. Fun location. Photos of the old building's history. Service was good and friendly even with a large crowd. Prices were good. It is conveniently located to the 4th street entertainment area. Old building but it has been well renovated. I would go back without a 2nd thought. Very conveniently located next to the convention center as well. If you need a quick bit give the a try.
Workplace bought everyone lunch. Food is delicious. Highly recommend it. Had the Italian and the Loaded Baked Potato Spup.
This was my lunch while I was at work. First I have ever been to this place and the service was fast and well done! Not super expensive and very filling considering the portion! I recommend it!

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I have never been to this chain before. I liked the sandwich 🥪.
