Do you see any pepperoni in the stuffed crust? The box says Pep Stuffed Crust. Probably due to Covid and supply chain issues. Come on, let’s get back to customer service and no excuses

My girlfriend order a Buffalo chicken papadia… came with no Buffalo sauce, ranch cup was open and spilled out… and Parmesan garlic breadsticks.. they were way over cooked and no Parmesan on them at all. Terrible.

We had the absolute worst experience with a carryout order on 7/14/22. The pizza was overcooked, burnt, and crispy. Crust that is supposed to be pillowy, according to the pizza box, was more like a hard pretzel. And one of the slices, tasted as though a cleaning agent had been spilled on it. Very chemically tasting. The cheesesticks were also overcooked. The only reason I gave this a 2 and not a 1 was because the cookie cake was decent. But, when my wife contacted the store, the manager was very rude with her and reluctantly gave us a refund. Overall, most of it was inedible. Disappointing.

The pizza was ok, but I called the pizza in and was told it would be ready for pick up in 10-20 min. Arriving to pick it up 25 min later, I was told it was in the oven. I waited, and waited, and waited! While WAITING, many people came in looking for their pizza! After waiting for way too long, I asked again if my pizza was ready because there were no more pizzas in the oven, and he walked over to the holding station and there it was! So very frustrating!!!

The pizza was delish but I'm just shocked in these days with COVID and no telling what other disease out there that the cooks and other employees don't wear gloves it should be a rule

DO NOT HAVE DELIVERED!!! Not once but twice this Papa John’s never once texted us about our order or knocked when they dropped our pizza & breadsticks off at our door. Ice cold pizza & breadsticks. I will be ordering domino’s from now on, much better deals and reliable deliveries. :(

Bruh what is this pizza. Legit no sauce, barely any cheese. Don't remember ordering extra crust, but whatever. Apparently my driver was thirsty too. Just makes me sad. :(
