Locally, Wendy's hasn't been very good for a couple of years. Service, drink machines, ketchup dispensers, and even food quality has suffered. But I have noticed a huge change lately. More employees, better training, equipment that works, and BETTER TASTING FOOD!!! My favorite food chain is making a big come-back!

Went here the other day with my fiancé and it's very rare and hard to come by, but the young lady in drive thru whom took payments/orders was extremely polite and very friendly.
As we drove up to the second window to proceed to get our food, they were really friendly as well. The most pleasant experience I have ever had.

I come to this restaurant almost daily. On my way home from work today. I stopped in there for lunch, and the experience was night and day. I had encounters with four different team members and every one of them were very polite, had a smile on their face and genuinely had amazing attitudes. I’m sure there is a difference between day workers and night workers saying as hell night workers are generally teenagers, but I just felt inclined to say thank you to everyone who handles not order today. P.S. I am the girl that apologized for ordering my fries without salt because I genuinely don’t like salt. Not because I was just wanting fresh fries! Thank you all again, and you really deserve to know you are appreciated even when it’s just a drive-through window!

Food is always great at lunch time! Only down side is the parking lot and by the drive thru windows it's disgusting on the ground is black from grease an dirt it stinks an this summer there will be flies every where if not pressure washed an cleaned

Stopped on my way to work to pick up my dinner Saturday evening. It was a plain spicy chicken sandwich w/cheese and baconator fries. When I got to work it was a fully dressed regular chicken sandwich and the fries had hardly any bacon, just lots of cheese. Couldn't come back because I was already at work dinner break was over. Called and was hung up on waiting for a manager. Learned my lesson not to stop at Wendy's anymore. Gave the sandwich to a co-worker and ate the cheese fries. Sent over $8 and will not forget being cheated.
