Wendy's

Locally, Wendy's hasn't been very good for a couple of years. Service, drink machines, ketchup dispensers, and even food quality has suffered. But I have noticed a huge change lately. More employees, better training, equipment that works, and BETTER TASTING FOOD!!! My favorite food chain is making a big come-back!

Went here the other day with my fiancé and it's very rare and hard to come by, but the young lady in drive thru whom took payments/orders was extremely polite and very friendly. As we drove up to the second window to proceed to get our food, they were really friendly as well. The most pleasant experience I have ever had.

I come to this restaurant almost daily. On my way home from work today. I stopped in there for lunch, and the experience was night and day. I had encounters with four different team members and every one of them were very polite, had a smile on their face and genuinely had amazing attitudes. I’m sure there is a difference between day workers and night workers saying as hell night workers are generally teenagers, but I just felt inclined to say thank you to everyone who handles not order today. P.S. I am the girl that apologized for ordering my fries without salt because I genuinely don’t like salt. Not because I was just wanting fresh fries! Thank you all again, and you really deserve to know you are appreciated even when it’s just a drive-through window!
