Arby's

I have recently discovered the different lemonades that they make, and wow they are so good! They had a blueberry lemonade recently that was amazing! I just got the peach, and was not disappointed. I also ordered the 1/2 pound sandwich, and it was so much bigger than I thought. Certainly enough for two meals!

I never leave reviews but Kim deserves one. We decided to stop at the Arby’s in Fern Creek and we were pleasantly surprised with her customer service. It was just her and the cook working. It’s very rare to go to a fast food restaurant and receive top notch customer service anymore. She deserves a raise!!

When you go to any fast food restaurant you unfortunately expect basic, I have to be here for a check service. Not the case here by far. The staff were very friendly and accommodateing. I eat out for lunch daily and have had good and many bad experiences. Not here i must say the food was hot however still nothing worth writing a review for but the staff made a basic experience into a great one. If im in fern creek around lunch again 3pm for me. I will be stopping here. Keep up the great work! As customers we absolutely appreciate it. A frindly smile and service is noticed. Thank you!

On 5/5/2022 I ordered four different meals and cookies. When I tell you the food was fresh and hot. The cookies was warm and moist-melt in your mouth. The fries had that crispy but soft texture. The service was excellent! The food was so good I knew it just had to be under (New Management) and guess what it is I called to verify. I will be back to order some of those hot fresh cookies, and more food.
