I have recently discovered the different lemonades that they make, and wow they are so good! They had a blueberry lemonade recently that was amazing! I just got the peach, and was not disappointed. I also ordered the 1/2 pound sandwich, and it was so much bigger than I thought. Certainly enough for two meals!
I never leave reviews but Kim deserves one. We decided to stop at the Arby’s in Fern Creek and we were pleasantly surprised with her customer service. It was just her and the cook working. It’s very rare to go to a fast food restaurant and receive top notch customer service anymore. She deserves a raise!!
Arby's is amazing if you go to the right ones. The whole building every one of them needs major improvements but Arby's keep making the roast beef I love them.
On 5/5/2022 I ordered four different meals and cookies. When I tell you the food was fresh and hot. The cookies was warm and moist-melt in your mouth. The fries had that crispy but soft texture. The service was excellent! The food was so good I knew it just had to be under (New Management) and guess what it is I called to verify. I will be back to order some of those hot fresh cookies, and more food.

When you go to any fast food restaurant you unfortunately expect basic, I have to be here for a check service. Not the case here by far. The staff were very friendly and accommodateing. I eat out for lunch daily and have had good and many bad experiences. Not here i must say the food was hot however still nothing worth writing a review for but the staff made a basic experience into a great one. If im in fern creek around lunch again 3pm for me. I will be stopping here. Keep up the great work! As customers we absolutely appreciate it. A frindly smile and service is noticed. Thank you!
The Store General Manager waited on us. She obviously knew her stuff, was professional, courteous and efficient. The double beef and cheddar I ordered was almost more than one meal.... Almost 😁
These people were extremely nice! It was 3 ppl working, all three were exceptional! Please give them a raise & free lunch! The vibe was great. A good way to get my day started. And my food was fresh!
A fine Arby's. I only came to get two shakes and they were delicious! Got them quick and the staff was friendly.
I am giving 5 stars in terms of improvement. Is this the best Arby's? No, but it has come a very long way. The management and food used to be trash. You could tell the employees genuinely didn't care of your food was edible or not. Since then, the food has gotten better taste, temperature and quality wise. The workers are nicer, more gentle with food and more patient. Not my first choice of Arby's, but it's getting there.
