Food was great but had to wait a little bit to get my food, and the inside is not really set up for a comfortable dine in, but if you're ordering takeout then this is a 5 ⭐

MASOOOOONNNN!!!! My fiance and I tried Wingzone last night for the first time last night around 9pm. The cashier and Mason gave us great service! Mason was willing to work with us to get us exactly what we wanted and everything came out fresh and delicious! Best late night dining experience I've had in years! We will be back!

Always hot, always fresh. A tad inconsistent on the amount of wedges, but not a huge complaint. One thing to note: certain sauces get the extra-breaded boneless and other sauces get the regular-breaded boneless. Best to ask if you aren't sure.
I've had pickup and delivery (direct from the store, not 3rd party) and everything has been prompt, and service spectacular.
They have dine-in, too, and the place has been spotless every time.

The food is always good and the delivery driver is usually always a great vibe if we ever do have a problem the customer service is amazing would definitely recommend just wish y’all would bring your ranch back tho 😛😂

I rarely ever write reviews but wow. This place, I had to. First off, the customer service was absolutely great. Very friendly despite it being 12 AM, a time when everyone is tired. Second, the blackened grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Very moist and well seasoned and the tenders with the Buffalo sauce was so tasty. I am not from Louisville and I’ve gotta say, Louisville has surprised from its food - just because of this place!

Had an excellent experience today…from the exceptional service, all workers greeted us and made us feel at home, the food came out nice and hot, the workers checked on us throughout our visit. I would highly recommend everyone to come and experience such all around service and great food.
