Taco Bell

I have only used the drive thru here, but they always give plenty of meat and toppings including cheese when I get Chalupas or Tacos. The food has always been hot. The wait was a little long but it looked like they're under staffed Every time I go the people taking my order are super friendly considering they're busy as hell. At night the area is a little sketchy as far as safety goes. I consider the drive thru very unsafe, Due to the fact, once you pull in the lane, there are tall curbs on either side of your vehicle. Plus a fence on your right. There's no backing out or means of egress for drivers if s*** hits the fan. But that isn't an easy fix.

I absolutely love coming to this place it's very rare when you go to a fast food restaurant anymore that you get good Hospitality every time I come in there they are all very sweet all the employees if they're not busy come up and speak to my daughter she's a baby they always make my food on point and just go an extra mile to be friendly sometimes I'm not even hungry and I'll stop in there and get a taco I'm not sure who the manager is here but all of them that I have seen are good employees absolutely love coming here its just a good atmosphere

Comparable to the one i frequent. Amazing employees, friendly, fast and came with heart. Food? Yeah it's taco bell my guy, it's amazing. Idk what they did to my food, they could have played an Amber on me and pooped on it for all i cared, it was immaculate. Line out the road, worth it. I came at around 11pm btw. :] thanks guys, amazing experience, i felt welcomed.

Been here a few times to pick up my orders made via the Taco Bell app and they get it right! I've ordered the same way from other local Taco Bell restaurants and they don't get the order right or I'm missing things. Also, the service was great and staff were courteous and friendly. It's rare to go to a fast food restaurant with great customer service. You're my new go-to Taco Bell in Louisville! Thank y'all!

Wow, the lady who was at the drive thru window at around 7:20 am this morning was amazing. She was so so so nice and tried to get to know me. That’s so rare for fast food restaurants these days. Most of the time they just hand me my food and don’t make eye contact. She made such a huge impression. I hope she has the best holidays!! Also my food was DELICIOUS!!
