Romano's Macaroni Grill - Louisville - Photo album

#stayaway This place was a joke. As we walked in the place was dead. Took almost 15 minutes to be seated, only to be told right away they didn't have any pasta but fettuccini, had no soups, no tomatoes and no sodas...?????!@$#@! We tried to salvage the experience, ordered tea to which when it came
Slow service. Almost 90 minutes with just a few people in. My chicken parmesan was burnt; the bread underdone. The salad had lettuce that was brown and wilty. Looking up South Hurstbourne Olive Garden and Carrabba's were very full; Macaroni Grill was not. Not the experience I remember from visits
Not great. Food is way over priced for the quality. Not sure what was in our stuffed mushrooms but they tasted nasty and cost $10. Soup was ok. Pasta was a bland and cost $17. Even the bread was not great. Floors under our table were sticky. Hard to get service. Place was empty at dinner time. Shoul

Went here for my birthday dinner with my wife very nice place the food was excellent
Pasta, salads & bread were delicious. Appropriately priced - plan on $18-$25 per person. Nice ambience. Both restrooms were filthy.
The service was horrific. Pasta was cold and hard appetizer was cold also. No sauce on the pasta. Wait 20 min for additional sauce. 🤦‍♀️ never again.
