This place was a joke. As we walked in the place was dead. Took almost 15 minutes to be seated, only to be told right away they didn't have any pasta but fettuccini, had no soups, no tomatoes and no sodas...?????!@$#@!
We tried to salvage the experience, ordered tea to which when it came out looked like dish water and tasted about as bad. The MANAGER tried to tell us that just how their tea is and if we didn't like it we could leave.
On top of all of this, then he tried to justify that bc they had a party of 50 yesterday that they just couldn't prep for today.... are you serious??!? A national chain resturant that can't get even the basics right, is completely unapologetic about poor management, poor customer service and poor preparation and yet cant even try to do ANYTHING to get it together.
Stay away from this place, save your money and go 300 ft down the street to carrabba's instead.

Slow service. Almost 90 minutes with just a few people in. My chicken parmesan was burnt; the bread underdone. The salad had lettuce that was brown and wilty.
Looking up South Hurstbourne Olive Garden and Carrabba's were very full; Macaroni Grill was not.
Not the experience I remember from visits around the USA.

GM contacted me. I will revisit the location and try again. I will post a new review after the next visit.

Not great. Food is way over priced for the quality. Not sure what was in our stuffed mushrooms but they tasted nasty and cost $10. Soup was ok. Pasta was a bland and cost $17. Even the bread was not great. Floors under our table were sticky. Hard to get service. Place was empty at dinner time. Should have been our first clue. Will not be back.

Great food and service. However, one of my friend’s food came in cold. And, they ran out of some entrees and desserts.

Pasta, salads & bread were delicious. Appropriately priced - plan on $18-$25 per person. Nice ambience. Both restrooms were filthy.

The service was horrific. Pasta was cold and hard appetizer was cold also. No sauce on the pasta. Wait 20 min for additional sauce. 🤦♀️ never again.

First let me start by saying I did not have poor customer service, the servers were pretty good, I came in on a Wednesday at almost 3, however it took 20 minutes to get this little plate of spaghetti with two-and-a-half meatballs ( one appeared to have a bite out of it, probably just fell apart but that's what it looked like) there were only three other customers.... I was so disappointed at the taste of the spaghetti because I've anticipated eating here for some time, and unfortunately, I could have probably gotten around the same quality across the street at Fazoli's
