the owner of this restaurant goes out of his way to introduce himself to customers and know the neighborhood. he personally checks over orders, keeps his staff smiling. if you wanted a working model of how to run a franchise fast food restaurant, this store has it in leadership. it makes a difference in the quality of the meal, no joke.

1/2 pound roast beef sandwich was great with some Arby's sauce. Also got jalapeno bites just be careful, filling is hot. Lol

The gentleman who took my order in the drive thru was so nice and they had a 99% health rating. I love their turkey gyro which is no longer on the menu and they made it for me anyway.

This is the best Arby's in Louisville. Great service, fast, and the food is FRESH. The dining area could use a refresh, but that comes down to corporates decision, not the team there, so can't hold it against them. Fantastic experience!

Had 6 cars in front of me. Placed my order and I was at the window before my 2 Buffalo chicken sandwiches were ready. Staff was fast and courteous. They had me pull up so they could continue to serve other guest. When food was done they ran it out and I was on my way. The total time in drive thru was 10 minutes. Food was hot and fresh. All around great experience.
