Ordered a couple footlongs on the app about 5 mins before I showed up, and they were hot, tasty, and ready to go by the time I arrived. This Subway location may be the best in Louisville.

Decent service. But I ordered online only to find out when I arrived for curbside pickup that they were out of bread!!! Had to drive with my receipt to another location about 2 miles away that had a line out of the door for my order to be made. . . A bit inconvenient. Especially since I was not prepared to have to go in. And I had to wait 25 mins for my order, my smoothie king pickup was delayed and I received melted smoothies because of this subway mixup.

This Subway store is consistently excellent, as it was today. Friendly, efficient service and fresh tasty eats. We tried the broccoli cheese soup with our sandwiches today. Yum. Thank-you!

I absolutely love this Subway; it's the only one I go to!!... They offer multiple deals for every day of the week... The staff there are very friendly, fast and accurate... I definitely recommend this Subway!!

Place was clean and my sandwich was good but the workers were loud carrying on about their personal lives and not being attentive or caring about the customers. The guy that waited on me mumbled and didn't seem to know what he was doing.
