Came here for dinner fir myself and my husband. So the breading on the tenders were really good. The fries had good flavor but the fried portion if them typically fall off as you're eating which is disappointing. I do REALLY love their banana milkshake. Burgers were good as well if not perhaps a bit overcooked.

Out of most fast food places, I think I love this one the best. Just be forewarned. They try to overcharge you, trying to say you added extras to things that come on the sandwich such as cheese and bacon on menu items that come with those standard. As for the service, they, like most fast food places, are going to a bot to take your order at the drive-through speaker. The actual workers were great.

Love this rallys! Best one in town! Always open late! Service and food are very on point! Of course it's shively so the atmosphere is always at room for Improvement in this Louisville 40216 zip code! Where I grew up! Its ghetto fabulous to say the least!

I sometimes get agitated at the fact that I go to Rallys alone for there ice cream. The strawberry and vanilla swirl, sometimes I am able to get it but at least 6 times out of 10 I don't. I always get that the machine isn't working. Idk one day it works the next day it don't. I think that it's if they wanna serve it or they don't. I mean I went one afternoon and pulled up to order for them to say they wasn't serving anymore because they didn't have enough workers. I understand I guess!

I ran into one of the workers who use to work at another Rallys over 27 yes ago. She was just as sweet and friendly now as she was then. I got the beat service. The other lady assisting her who was working the window was tired but she gave service with a smile. Sometimes we don't realize that the pay and service aren't always recognized but I see you all and appreciate all you do. Thank you.
