I had a cold brew coffee, Pumpkin Spice flavor. It was delicious but the first one I had, at a Wendy's outside of Nashville, had a little more of the pumpkin spice frosty in it.

Cashier forgot some of our items in drive thru, but when we went back to correct them the staff were very nice and accommodating and gave us extra nuggets!

There has been a huge change in staffing. It was my first time going here in a year. The manager and staff were super friendly, nic, and provided great customer service and conversation. I enjoyed the food and talking to them.

My only discrepancy is the time it took until the 1 sandwich that I ordered was finished and ready for me to take. I was asked to pull up to the door as to not stay on the drive through time counter so I did. I waited for another 10-15 minutes and still no one came out with my food. I finally walked in and up to the counter asking about my order and an employee had the sandwich in her hand but looked sad if she had no knowledge of whom it belonged to. I left with my order afterwards.
