Haven't been to a subway in years but whatever they changed they're doing it right. This sandwich was great.

I actually had a pretty good experience at this Subway though it felt like the staff didn't want to be there. They just felt like mindless zombies barely asking me what I wanted. The food was great though. It didn't feel like I was being cheated on meat or cheese options and the other additions tasted fresh.
The bread was toasted well and tasted good. This Subway was much better than the ones I have been to previously.

Managers try hard, their lunch rush can have long lines- I order on app when I cant wait. Yummy Cookies.
Try the Chipotle sauce on anything, Fresh Mozz available, I like to toast my veg with my bread.

Love Subway their new menu is great. This one had a drive-thru but as we were ordering and we only ordered three subs the lady that was taking our order in the Drive-Thru must have asked us ten times or more is that all is that all is that all.

I love this Subway location!! To me, it's the best Subway in all of Louisville!!! My order is always right, cooked to order and delicious!!

In a pinch went to this drive through. Was so glad to see this option. Service was so great… sometimes it’s easy to forget how nice a friendly smile and kind tone is when receiving service. I was so appreciative of the young man taking my order at the window and will be back because of how kind the service was! Thank you for keeping customer service a priority!!

Awesome location. Gives me free drink almost every time. The only complain I have though, is that i can't seem to get my sandwich toasted until I get to the window. Also, I paid for deluxe, they gave me regular. What can I say when they give me a free drink? Five stars from me. But it would be nice to pull off with good faith that my sandwich is toasted and not have to waste another five mins on lunch break. Once again though thanks for the drink!

Usually pretty good. Will occasionally order lunch here, he usually if I put it in at work it will be ready by time I get there. Work about 5 minutes away. Staff is usually pretty friendly. And they are timely in their service.
