We come here every Sunday after church. The workers are absolutely wonderful. They even remember what we like! And they always welcome us with a, “Welcome to Firehouse!”
Love this place and the subs....second best of all sub shops imo.
Was having a very rough day, the kind where everything goes wrong. The staff were super kind and amazing, helped me in every way they could, and went above and beyond. Their kindness and service gave me the happiness and energy to get through the rest of my day, and I can't thank them enough. Anytime I'm in the area, I will be sure to stop by and get a sub, cannot recommend them more.
Today is my first time dining here at the Outer Loop location. It is the best sub I ever had I highly recommend it. Everything was fresh establishment is clean, friendly service. The price is very very reasonable. It has been a pleasure to dine here.
Juicy, tender meat & freshness Delicious! The New York Steamer was Prefect! Along with the Grilled Chicken 🐔 the wife got we were both pleased 😀 with our choice!
The two Young Ladies who waited on us us were very nice and took there time making sure everything was just right!
The one who rang us up and fixed the NYSteamer the other girl. Mgr came out and answered a question I had concerning a new sub.
Friendly staff, fresh food, clean dining area. I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend. Price wasn’t bad either.

I'm giving this place four stars because the food was great and the service was fast. It was first time eating there and the cashier was nice but the woman making the sandwiches was extremely rude. She was giving us dirty looks the whole time when she was making the sandwiches and it made us feel uncomfortable but we were still polite and friendly towards her.Maybe she was having a bad day. Not sure I will be a repeat customer.

Food was absolutely delicious! Staff was polite and prepared food in a prompt manner. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and told to have a great night as we were leaving. Will definitely be going back! Prices were affordable and comparable to other sandwich shops but the food was much better than other similar restaurants. Also, the fact that they donate proceeds to firefighters makes me more inclined to want to spend my money there.
The service here is always so fast and friendly. I get the same sandwich every time I go because, even though I'm positive everything else on the menu is just as good, the beef and cheddar brisket is like tasting heaven. I've never had a bad experience here, and the food has always been exactly as ordered and sooooooo delicious! They also offer a rewards program for returning customers!
