Delivery driver texted me to let me know he dropped my Powerade, next thing I know he shows up with two of them. Customer service 10/10!
I placed an order for about 10 sandwiches in the app last night. Google Maps took us to the wrong location (no JJ’s or any other restaurants for that matter). At the same time there was no data available on my phone to find the phone number or reroute us. We found Jimmy John’s but there was no order for me. My data finally kicked in and I realized I had placed the order to be picked up tomorrow, not today. All the employees were very nice and got my order together so quickly that it was ready at the pickup time I had originally chosen in the app. I only had a $10 bill, but would have tipped more. They were busy, but did not make me feel like a bother and quickly got my order ready despite my mistake. Thank you!

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. My favorite is the Turkey Tom. Been eating at different locations for years. Although the sandwiches were delicious as I expected, there was barely any meat on any of the sandwiches we ordered (at this location only). The staff was professional. Establishment was very clean.
Sent in order while sitting out front, waited 10 minutes and went in. Associate stated order had just come in and I waited while they made my order. I guess if I wouldn't have come in both associates would have stayed in the back or sitting off to the very back and I would have had to wait even longer. It's all good, I understand, but, I would have thrown in something, that's all I'm sayin'.
This location is hit or miss. Depending on worker thats scheduled that day I guess. Still 4 star. Love the harder french breads they have, over the softer subway or Jersey Mikes style. Definitely order when I'm in the area and need fast service.

Love the food but the employees could dress better
Our ride was several hours late to pick us up. The friendly JJ employees saved my day by allowing us to refrigerate our 30pc party box while we waited. Cheers!
