My pleasure in doing this review. Staff was on top of things. They were super friendly and food came out fast and hot. Wasn't crazy busy at all on a Monday afternoon. Lots of parking is available and a drive through too. Very clean inside including the bathrooms which is always a big plus. It's located in the same complex as the Costco.
I can honestly say that the only thing I could possibly complain upon is that my cup of frozen lemonade wasn't double the size that it is because I don't think that you can get too much of such a good good thing. So with the quick and friendly service, good food, and that magnificent frozen lemonade, I know I'll be going back, probably more times then I want to admit!
This sandwich was so fresh and amazing, threw some chick-fil-a sauce on it and boom😍
This place is the best place for service to be a fast food restaurant! I've not seen such polite well dressed young people working in the food industry today. Hats off to the owners for employing people with integrity. And the food was awesome! Thank you Chick Fil A!
Love the efficiency of the drive thru. Love the breakfast. Love the fruit cups. Love the fries and the fact that they offer fruit punch as a drink. Did not like the chicken nuggets. It's been the only thing I've tried there that I haven't liked.
Food is delicious! Definitely more and better food for ur $$. The staff are very nice. Fast and efficient but on the healthy side. Absolutely love!
This Chick-fil-A location is the best in Louisville! The food is always hot fresh, and fast--whether I'm dining in or driving thru! Their drive-thru service is also the fastest in town. The employees are always friendly. A dining-in experience at lunch is a fantastic break in my day. Highly recommend!
Per usual, Chick-fil-A delivers excellent service, food, and atmosphere, and in that order! Yes, it's a bit pricey, moreso than its competitors, I believe. But that is tolerable because, to me, what sets the restaurant apart is its superior customer service. It pays to have quality. I get doors held, asked if I've been helped, many smiles, and more. The food is great, too, but this is the only fast food place I don't mind dining inside for. Thanks for doing it right.
Stopped by after getting out or of the airport, only Chick-fil-A we could find with a drive through. Everything we ordered was made as requested. Service in the drive through is never a letdown. They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed.
That morning shift is the best crew. Beautiful people that keep things very welcoming and clean early mornings. 8 ladies on the counter, all working and being great.
