Starbucks

Been here before, but this time today March 4th was uber busy after the storm. They were speedy fast and still containing politeness and all needs of customers. Only complaint I have is to the customers that are there. Not many thank yous or politeness back to the team. Overall if you want your order right and fast be sure to check this location out. I work at another Starbucks but Michael at this location is so kind and genuine and always makes my Starbucks experience a little better. I don’t know what they get paid but they deserve a raise. All the employees at this location have been super kind and most of them took the extra time to remember my name and greet me as soon as I get to the window. They make consistent drinks and have them out quickly. Always above and beyond customer service.

So, I know that everyone employed by Starbucks is under-staffed and under-payed right now. I know everyone is doing their best with the circumstances they've been given. But I know for a fact it is NOT THAT HARD to mix the syrup into the drink before you hand it out!!! Someone isn't training them right, or someone needs a refresher on their bar training. I got an iced PSL today and there was at least half an inch of un-mixed syrup at the bottom. All you need to do is swirl the espresso with the syrup while the shots are pulling. I know that handing out drinks with the syrup visibly sitting at the bottom of the cup is not up to standard. That is my only complaint about this location, every other time has gone smoothly, and I can always just mix when I get home. But still! It's a pet peeve of mine. Whoever is supervising, please make sure to coach your baristas so that they know better next time!!! Then I can give a 5 star review!!!!
