When you walk into a Chick-fil-A at least one employee will say “Welcome to Chick-fil-A.” However, no employee said this to us; but the senior citizen lady working in the lobby was attentive to our drink refills. We had 1 Chicken Sandwich meal, one 8pc Grill Chicken Nuggets meal, and a Spicy Chicken Deluxe (with pepper jack cheese). My Spicy Chicken sandwich wasn’t really hot; you can see that it wasn’t hot enough to even melt the cheese. This sandwich is good; WHEN IT'S HOT.

Used the mobile app for the first time to order food ahead. Easy experience, smooth transaction and got my food quickly through the line at the store. I was even rewarded with a free sandwich from using the app to order ahead for the first time.

I have to admit that this is the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I pre-ordered and paid for my food. I still had to sit in a line to get to the speaker and give them my name. This was at 7:20 pm. There were cars onside of me that were blasting their music and hanging out of their cars yelling at each other. The food was as good as always.

Just had drinks here through the drive thru and the service was pleasant and fast. And we just had a couple of sprites but they were great. Just enough ice and just what I needed to hit the spot.

Matthew the manager is on point with customer service. Not only fixing another managers weak point in communication but fixing a relationship with someone that eats there multiple times a week personally and as a company for lunch. Thanks Matthew for going above and beyond to fix an issue

Alrighty, we ate here for lunch as a family. You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. I would rate it as one of the best fast food places. There really isn't another place that beats it's chicken sandwich. A little on the expensive side, but they are large and really delicious. Plus they have a fast service and a double drive through. If you eat inside they do have a play place, but its not much.

I absolutely love this place but my review is specifically for Salena Matherly! Haha I saw that name on her badge! She is such a great spirited person. She serves me almost every time I come into this location and is always so nice to me and always asks how I’m doing. She knows my order which is a plus! haha. Never a dull moment with this team member. Always a smile and always so kind to everyone. Too bad 100 stars isn’t an option 😒 because she deserves it and goes above and beyond. ALWAYS.

I ordered a gluten free sandwich. I got the GF bun, but they gave me a fried sandwich I could not eat. They made it right and gave me a grilled sandwich with the lettuce & tomato. I had to wait in the very busy drive through lanes again. I received what was rung up, but when the order taker seemed to know what I meant by gluten-free sandwich, we both assumed we knew what I wanted. All the staff had exceptional customer service and I know now to say GRILLED chicken. Chick-fil-A is one of the BEST places to get GF food because they have a dedicated fryer so Celiacs can eat the waffle fries without fear of gluten cross-contamination. AND they have a GF bun. AND the best lemonade around
