Ate here for the first time, loved it! Grabbed a 12" 2-topping w/ extra sauce, 8 piece dry-rub wings, and Pizza Rolls (forget their real name). Great service there, everyone was friendly and engaging. The pizza was perfect, I love the toppings all the way to the edge. The wings could have had a bit more heat, but they were big, cooked perfectly, and had a good taste. Some people rave about the Pizza Rolls but I felt like the actual pizza was better. Maybe the rolls are great but the pizza itself is outstanding, who knows...
Stopped in to try a new local pizzeria and the owner introduced himself to me right away and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Told me about the menu and what most people have liked best. Hes a very warm and inviting person made me feel like an old friend. And the food is great as well. I got the cheese bread, meat lovers pizza, cheese pizza. The food speaks for itself, the crust was light and fluffy, the sauce was sweet and savory. And the cheese was good quality!(not that crap cheese some places use) only thing I would switch/add is put some of the homemade garlic butter around the crust! I think that would have pushed it to the next level! Definitely worth the money and will be back! Anyone thinking of giving it a try please do. You will be happy you did!
Go for the pizza! This was a cozy pizza spot on the other side of the train tracks from the ice rink. The pizza crust had great garlic parmesan flavor and was well balanced between crispy outside and soft inside. The toppings were just right to include the cheese. We ordered the meat lovers and a Hawaiian pizza and they were delicious. They offered various pizza sizes for all sizes of bellies to fill. My hubby was not a big fan of the wings and said it was just ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s probably not big enough for a party over 10. I will definitely return.

I love this place. It embodies small town entrepreneur. It's a pizza place with a bit of a dive atmosphere, it feels like walking into your house for dinner. It's comfortable. The employees are wonderful, I havent met a bad one yet. The food is good. The wings are my favorite. They know what they are with some wings. Without sounding cliche, if you've had a bad day and need a place to pull it back together. Go to chef's cut, get a beer and an order of wings. I guarantee you feel better by the time you leave. This place feels like home and I'll be a customer as long as he keeps making pizza and wings.
Fantastic pizza at decent prices. Pizza and wing buffet for lunch is an unbeatable price and its delicious. Got the hot brown pizza and it was one of the best I've had in town.

Chefs Cut and The Post have the best pizza in all of Louisville and the entire state of Kentucky . Coming from California it’s been hard to find decent food. Chefs cut is always satisfying. Skip the other places and just go to chefs cut.
I was visiting from Kansas City, Missouri. On my walk I spotted a local pizza spot. There were a couple employees in the restaurant when I stopped in to pickup a menu. After telling the employee I would be back she probably thought, sure, right.
Well we showed up to order a supreme pizza to go later that evening. (Same employee) was working. We met eyes, she smiled and said your back.
Now, the supreme pizza...it was the BEST pizza I have ever had! Changed the red sauce to alfredo...ooh wee... I need another pizza before I had back to Kansas City. Everything on the menu looks great.
The pizza is CRAZY good! We had a pepperoni and it was the best pizza I've had in a really long time and we didn't wait very long for it either. The atmosphere is cool, our server was very nice and you can see the Chef right there making your food. Definitely recommend this place if your in the mood for an absolutely delicious pizza!
Was trying new pizza places and this one hit big for us! Delicious pizza!! Hot brown pizza was spotted on and the flavors were impeccable. .definitely will be frequenting this establishment more.
