Coffee is good, staff is friendly, service was quick. I like a stronger bold coffee but not the acid that Starbucks serves. I would recommend this location for that quick cup of Jo! Note to corporate, One note businesses die! Bad decision to not have a bolder jo. Stop counting pennies!

I accidentally ordered an energy drink. It was the first time I've had one in my 21 years of being alive. I think my heart started beating so fast that is stopped a few times. I managed to walk 2 miles in 10 minutes and finished my taxes three months early. The service was also pretty nice too so that was good.

Cozy, local coffee shop smack dab in Downtown Louisville. I really love their iced mocha (especially on a hot summer day) and my favorite scone, the cheddar chive. Barista is always really nice. :)

Great place to grab a coffee and snack . Limited food but still ok. Credit card reader needs to be repaired as that was a hassle every time. Convenient to swing in on the way to the convention center from our Air bnb.

I've been going to this place for 5+ years now and I would have to say this is by far the best coffee should in Louisville. The staff is amazing. The coffee and food is amazing. They really put their heart into their job.

I've only been to this location twice and the place was empty both times. I ordered a quad espresso on both visits. The service and coffee were good, larger than Starbucks with chocolate undertones. No complaints here.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Love supporting locals! I would highly recommend this coffee shop if you're in the area. They also add an extra shot of espresso in there large drinks.

This Heine bros is the perfect place when you’re in a rush because they are always efficient and there is almost never a long wait for coffee, regardless of how busy they are. The staff are always upbeat and friendly without being annoying, and the coffee shop is cozy and clean. They always have a rotating list of new and creative drinks to try, and the quality is consistent. My favorite downtown coffee spot for sure.

I cannot FATHOM why anyone would not walk across the street from "the venti place." Seriously, if you're a tourist, dare to be different. You can get a mocha frappa-crappa-soy-double-shot-of-pretentiousness everywhere. Get some real, local coffee. You're welcome.
