Just ordered a delivery for lunch tomorrow for the bridal party for my daughter’s wedding. The website was not cooperating so I called into the store on market street. Cora was AMAZING! She took my large order over the phone and was so pleasant! She made sure every order was correct to ensure our special day goes perfectly. She called me by name throughout the call, apologized for having to place me on hold, and at the end she gave us well wishes for the wedding tomorrow. Cora Is representing you well. Thank you, Cora.

My gf had a gift card and a free pick two, so of course its good. Also, crazy busy lunch rush with the KY convention center across the street. Staff does very well to keep up with the rush and are very kind.

This last week, 9/26-9/28, my husband and I we're at a conference at the Louisville Convention center and across the street is Panera bread. It was convenient for lunch because it was so close. My husband doesn't like Panera's because he considers it "bird food." However we came back 3 days in a row for lunch and the reason why he agreed was 1st of all the amazing customer service, 2nd the amazing military discount and 3rdly he really enjoyed the Squash Soup (yummy.) I like Panera's and go whenever I can, we travel often, and we've never had this kind of AMAZING customer service. And not just from 1 employee but from several of their employees. They all deserve raises and promotions: 1. Denis was the great manager we had all 3 days, very happy, smiley, and upbeat. Great enthusiasm and energy. Even though they had long lines and customers everywhere. 2. Vonchell hit it out of the park wth her helpfulness and attention to serving us. She's a natural at customer service. You'll go far girl wth that attitude! 3. Beth was making our food! love your attitude and joy. You look like you really envoy your job! Thank you dear! 4. Gary was another manager. He checked on us to make sure our food was what we needed. Thank you sir. 5. I don't know the gentlemen's name but he was African American and was emptying/filling out the drink area. He was so kind, helpful and really smiley. Like I said we travel often and eat out a lot. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Note: their attention to detail was great. Gary mentioned 1 of the employees recognized us and remembered my husband didn't like onions on his salad. Really! WOW! All those ppl coming through the doors and they remembered .

I did that order where you place it then just grab it when you walk in. Best. Thing. Ever. Food was good, but seriously that's super convenient. I accidentally left my purse there after this visit and they were so friendly and helpful. They kept it safe, had it ready for me, and gave me a complimentary cookie and drink. I have never been to such a friendly Panera, especially during the lunch rush .

Visited for lunch while attending a national conference... there had to have been 100+ people served just in the time I was there. Regardless of how busy they were service was excellent. The wait was not as long as one would expect and food was delicious! Thank you!

This was my most recent of a few times being to a Panera Bread and it was good. And the price doesn't seem to be all that bad. But, I felt like I was ordering wrong and it was just weird. The food was delicious though so maybe it was just a strange feeling I had. If you haven't been I recommend giving it a try!

Super friendly service. Pam was especially wonderful to my kids. She has my vote for employee of the week. Everyone behind the counter was so polite! What a great way to start the day! Tasty sandwiches, muffins and coffee, too. Fruit salad definitely tasted fresh.

I've been to this location many times for lunch and it has never disappointed. My team at work ordered delivery today (my first time for delivery) and it was just as good as eating in the restaurant. Our order arrived before the expected time, everything was correct and tasted great.
