Highland Morning - Louisville - Photo album

Enjoyed a very tasty breakfast at Highland Morning today. While there was a short wait, we got in fairly quickly. I was pretty indecisive because there were so many tasty options. I finally decided on the Baja Benedict. Lots of flavor and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection!! My hubby opted f
This spot is where I had the best breakfast I've ever had. I had the wake me up omelete and the Stuffed French toast. The omlete was savory, slightly spicy, fresh, and had a nice depth of flavor. Every ingredient complimented each other perfectly. The stuffed French toast was so delightful. The sw
By far the best pancakes I have ever had! I had lemons lovers pancakes and my husband had the southern pecan waffles. When I say you do not want to sleep on this place, I mean it! Service was great and it was a short nice walk from our airbnb.
Excellent neighborhood breakfast spot with both light and hearty offerings, in the heart of the coolest neighborhood in Louisville. Everything I've ordered has been top-tier, and all at very reasonable prices. It can get crowded on the weekends so come early!
Love, Love, Love the food. Stuffed french toast with blueberries and strawberries was delicious. I definitely found my place for Shrimp and Grits in Louisville. The over easy egg on top added the perfect flavor. The basil tomato omelet was cooked to the perfect consistency and had a wonderful taste.
Food was absolutely fantastic. I had the Baja eggs Benedict, my man had the ultimate breakfast burrito. The skillet potatoes with cheese, peppers and onions are necessary!! Was happy with the pancake also!
I ordered the biscuits and gravy, orange juice & a small fruit cup. I don't know what's in the gravy but it is a very unique taste. It's good though, and the sausage isn't spicy. The fruit cup had a great variety that wasn't just your standard melon, and the staff were nice.
This down home cafe feel breakfast spot had a sweet charm to it.. Small and a little crowded but it felt right. The place was very busy but the service was still friendly and fast. The food was a good cross between a home cooking feel and gourmet. We had the bananas foster stuffed french toast a
Very unique restaurant, small with a lot of personality. Love a good restaurant with an identity and they did that. Pictures on the walls are nostalgic with local ties, had no idea so many famous people has ties to Louisville. Food was EXCELLENT. Had the French quarter French Toast. Do yourself a
Incredible and unique breakfast options with friendly staff and fast service. The Baja Benedict and Highland Not Brown were both excellent. They also have interesting pancake flavors like dreamsicle and key lime. We would love to come back on our next visit - highly recommended!
Absolutely delicious! The staff were pleasant, it was clean, and super cute. Loved it!
What an amazing experience. From service to the food! Brandy our server was amazing! We were visiting from DC and felt the hospitality!
I think we found our favorite breakfast spot. Been looking for a feel-good, great food, hole in the wall type place and this is it. Very affordable menu is definitely a bonus. Staff treats you like a friend- you walk in and they greet you tell you to sit wherever you want. I had the farmers omelet a
What an amazing find down the street from our AIRBNB. Hunter our server was wonderful. She was a wealth of knowledge on places to eat and things to do. Her recommendations were 10/10 and we did most of them. Being from the Texas we know what good biscuits and gravy are, they were amazing!!!!!!! A mu
I really love this little place ❤ 💕 They have a great menu, the service was fast. The food was delicious 😋. Our waitress was really cool. You could really tell that she was there to do her job and make you feel at home. And that's what the whole vibe of the restaurant is. Lay back get comfort
Amanda was our waitress, and she was amazing! She was very attentive to all of her guests and was great with my nephew, who is 2. The food was just as amazing! I had a BLT that had the freshest vegetables! My friend had 3 over eat eggs, potatoes, and toast, and she loved her meal as well.
Very good food I will definitely be back. I had the "Wake me up" omelet which was very good but I do have a complaint that it could use a lot more chorizo. I'd probably hesitate to order it again because of that, but there are a lot of other options on the menu I'd love to try. The skillet potatoes
Had the eggs Benedict, it was very good, also had the crabcake Benedict , it was good but not as good as it sounds. One irritating thing was when I ordered, they asked if I wanted fried potatoes with it, I said yes, very well done. They came out nearly uncooked, I was going to just let it go and j
Great food and great local atmosphere . Everything we’ve tried has been delicious . The waiters and waitresses have been pleasant . I’m giving 5 starts but if I could change one thing it would be that they use a odorless cleaner for the tables . I understand with Covid that everything needs to be cl
