Julio and Brian at this location were so helpful and the order looks perfectly cooked it also smells delicious.This was our 1st time at this Papa John's and it definitely will not be our last. We really appreciated the way they helped us

I placed an order today thinking I was placing it in Henderson but in fact I placed it in Louisburg. Customer Service was great by letting me cancel the order well after they made it and had it waiting for me. Food is always good to me.

Called to order a surprise pizza for hubby for Father's day and asked them to put happy Father's day on the box and they said no problem! They said about 25 to 30 min delivery and it arrived eairly! Thanks yall!

We actually didn't even know this location was here because there's no sign on the facade above the store (edit: they have a sign now!), but we are SO happy we found them. There is no other pizza place nearby that can compete with their welcoming service and high quality. The guys are always super friendly (even for a late night, last minute order) and they've always been well staffed to be efficient. Can't speak for their delivery service or speed, but we will continue to carry out from here!

Wayyyy better customer service than the dominos and pizza hut here in Louisburg! I make sure to tip the drivers because they actually deserve it! I have had terrible experiences with the dominos and pizza hut here in Louisburg. Rude staff, messed up orders, minimum order total in order for it to even be delivered even though I am literally a 5 minute drive away! My rewards points go to good use at Papa John’s as well. I am never ordering from anyone else again. :)

Update the manager jeff remade pur pizza for us and once again it was freaking amazing. They are just training new people i understand mistakes will be made but the customer service is great thank you jeff for remaking our pizza
The first pizza i ordered when they reopened was AMAZING i absolutely love papajohns. I bragged about it to my sister so she went and got us one today and it was disappointing under cooked and we had to cut it it was messy as well😒 just disappointed im trying to convince her to give them another shot hope itll work cause i do know someone in there knows how to make a great pizza cause mine was just awesome. We will see and they wont busy neither time. So i dont understand but i also understand they were training a new girl which she was more concerned with her looks than anything else so maybe she was the problem lol

Our Pizzas were delicious! Very knowledgeable and courteous order takers. The delivery was timely and the driver was courteous and friendly. We definitely will be ordering again!❤

I have never had anything but superior service at this location. Excellent customer service, quick delivery, and always fresh, delicious pizza. This is hands down the best pizza in Louisburg.

They are now closed!!!! This is so disappointing!! I loved papa johns food. They were always super quick and the orders were always right. They were the only local pizza place that delivered to my house. Now I'll have to drive up town to get something when I'm tired and the kids want pizza.. Sucks!

The staff at this location are always so friendly and courteous. Our orders are always delivered in less than the expected times and the drivers always have smiles on their faces. By far our first choice for delivery around here!
