The one time the wait was a little bit longer than normal, the manager decided to give me a free cookie :) Food is standard for Zaxby's of course, and they have a coke freestyle machine so 5/5

Must confess it had been a year since my last Zaxby's. Drove 1 hour to have our 44 year wedding anniversary lunch and worth the trip. Easy in and out parking, polite order taker and our order was fresh and hot. Dinning area was clean and lighting was excellent with no glaring sunlight through the windows. We will be back.

Order three salads and a chicken nibblet. Salads were amazing as usual. Chicken was seasoned well, however fries were soggy. Overall, we will be back.

Great Zaxby's, located omw home so it's an easy choice for me to quickly pick something up as the drive thru moves fast and most importantly my order has always been right. Atmosphere gets a 3 as it's fast food, but it is clean inside

Very best at 9pm food was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Even went back next day for those ranch chicken fries. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. We tried a large order through the mobile app. It was not working properly so we called it in. The staff member who took our order was extremely helpful. She was patient with our large order and placed it for us. When we arrived for pickup our order was bagged and we left. One item was missing and the restaurant called to let us know. We returned and they apologized for the missed item which we were not upset since they were so helpful with our large order. I definitely give the staff 5 plus stars.

Love Zaxby's chicken! Depending on the time or day you could be waiting a good while. Used to have a lot of problems with them getting orders right but it seems like they are doing better now since they have new employees.

Sweet and spicy traditional wings, hard boiled egg, pickles in a cup, zero sugar lemon Powerade a b d a grilled chicken breast power protein meal! Excellent food and those loaded fries are the bomb. Too bad employees don't talk about them and let you know they're back on the menu! All of the employees look and act miserable! Brace yourself for a wait in dining room because drive thru is their focus. Maria Kline is super nice so is Toni Gleason. Sekita Ruffin is efficient and fast at taking orders. She's a fast cook as well! Love ❤️ 😍 yall!
