Yes! In Los Osos, California. We have eaten at Celia's twice. The restaurant is delightful. The food is very fresh and very good. Allow time to visit the garden center next door.

I had a standard breakfast here this morning. The bacon was perfectly crisp, my over easy eggs were correct and the potatoes were nicely seasoned and cooked. Even the toast was just right. And the waitstaff was both friendly and non intrusive. I was there for a simple peaceful breakfast...and that's what I got. And when I think how rare it is at any restaurant to get a meal where everything is just right...I just wanted to give them appropriate kudos. Fantastic breakfast spot!

Started with a nice Bloody Mary. The Fish and Chips was excellent. Unfortunately, they did not have any clam chowder but the chicken noodle soup was good too. Their Turkey Club Sandwich was also excellent. Great food and excellent service.

Best cafe in the area for brunch! Their cheese blintzes were so yummy! Crepes filled with a ricotta cheese mixture covered with a berry sauce. So nicely plated. Their country eggs Benedict with potatos and gravy was tasty and quite a good amount to eat. They have a great pet friendly patio area. Staff were super nice. They served each of the fur babies water. Definitely coming back to try more of their dishes when I'm passing thru the area again!

We enjoyed lunch as a group of 13. All of the food was good and the service was good as well. I had Chile relleno with 2 eggs, potatoes, and toast. The relleno was so good, very flavorful. My husband had half turkey sandwich with chicken soup. The soup was nice and the sandwich was very good. The waitress took very good care of us. We had plenty of room and the restaurant was very bright and open. What a lovely space.

Dog-friendly charming restaurant that is - bigger on inside! There is dog-friendly garden patio with umbrella tables and fantastic trickling fountain, a main dining room with second sunken dining area, a private area facing the patio for large party, as well as spacious seating facing parking lot. Conveniently located opposite strip center with grocery store, Starbucks and several other retail stores. There are a number of breakfast specialties, including pork chop and eggs, homemade beef hash, New York steak and eggs and chile relleno. Omelettes range from traditional Denver, vegetable and seafood, to eggplant, bacon and Florentine. If you prefer something sweet for breakfast, you may indulge your sweet tooth with blintzes, waffles, hotcakes, fresh fruit or parfait. Local favorites include 5 different varieties of eggs benedict, crab cakes and lox and bagels. Lunch selections include burgers, hot sandwiches, melts and soup. Wine served here are from local wineries. There ids an interesting selection of beer, as well as SLO Roasted coffee and juices. In addition to wonderful breakfast and lunch choices (they are only open until 2PM), we found that the servers were very friendly, and willing to share places to see and visit (conversation was triggered by a page on the menu highlighting attractions in the area). We also spoke with a fellow patron, who was also willing to share best places to shop. (We were in the area looking for housing and were hungry, so stopped for bite to eat to discuss). Highly recommend this place not only for the food, but the service and the ambience. As we experienced at other restaurants across the area, this appears to be place of loyal customers. Fantastic place to gather with family, friends or business meetings. We are looking forward to our next visit when we are in the area.

First time here. I've heard great reviews from other locals and they were right. The breakfast here was delicious! Had the Belgian waffle with a side of two eggs and their sausage patties. I went back for lunch and had the Mexican Grilled Cheese with fries. Fresh and light and it was delicious! Their ranch dressing is very good. Dog friendly and patio seating 😁

Loved this place! Breakfast was nice, beautiful patio. The attention was outstanding! Brought my little baby with us and as we waited for our food, a very nice lady (possibly owner) brought out a small plate with banana slices and sugar for my little one 🥰 We love it here

Have been looking for a nice breakfast place in Slo for the past 4 years and just have not had very much luck. We finally gave up and decided to branch out and see what was in the neighboring cities, but nothing more than 20 mins away. Celias came up in the list of recommended places and it checked both of our lists of someplace that a) had good reviews and b) had foods we both liked. We got seated on the back patio and it was absolutely lovely. It felt very intimate yet perfectly casual all at the same time. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and my partner ordered the NY steak and eggs. This meal was one where for the first time in awhile neither of us talked to each other and we just simply enjoyed our meals. This restaurant has absolutely perfected the method of having food taste homemade but still restaurant quality all at the same time. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend stopping by here for breakfast or brunch :)
