Jamba

Writing this review for my wife. I have had alot of bad experiences with this place and I don't go anymore. My wife went in this morning for a bowl. There was 1 person in line in front of her. She ordered a bowl for our daughter. The employee told her it would take 15 mins because he had 2 mobile orders before her. 3 customers come in after my wife. Another employee helps them. They all receive their orders before my wife. 35 mins it took to get her bowl. Not to mention they charge the most out of all the sj area locations. They are always out of something and their customer service is atrocious. I would rather go 4 miles to the Camden jamba than to the one that's 1/4 mile from my house.

I received pretty bad costumer service. Today, September 21, 2021 my daughters and I went to this location, and the lady told me to wait one minute when there was not any other customers around. She came back and without taking my order. However, she and another coworker served a couple of customers, who consider this, were white, perfectly. I think they gave us that kind of service because we are latinas.

When my name was called, the server realized that my order was not made correctly as the smoothie only filled three-quarters of the cup. She then asked if I would like my order to fill the cup!?! Awkward. Would anyone say, "No thanks, I'll just pay full price for a partial order." I responded yes, so she poured the smoothie back into the blender, added more fruit to top off the order and blended it. Which is fine, except that the "smoothie" is not smooth at all. More like a "chunky," with pieces of unripe fruit at least a half inch in diameter that clog the straw. And to top it off, the smoothie was sour from all the unripe fruit! Not worth going back a third time! Easily the worst experience yet at a Jamba Juice.
