Panera Bread

Coping fairly well with obvious short staffing issues. One of our group did not have the sandwich bread changed as requested. Really need to keep an eye on the buzzer and pick up your food for dine in yourself. Buzzer may not go off either. Wish they had not disabled the outdoor fireplace or had heaters for outside dining. They should just give in and put up a solid covering for the patio for rain.

This place is the worst Panera I’ve ever seen. I had to wait for my coffee almost 40 minutes and still is not ready. Update: I asked once again when it would be ready. They mentioned that the machine is broken. None informed me until I asked while they knew the customers were waiting. I recommend to go to the one in Campbell if you are looking for. They’re much better customer service.

One of my kids' favorite places for lunch. Although dining in is allowed, we still prefer take out. I like their sandwiches while my kids like their mac and cheese in a sourdough bread bowl. We also like the soups. While their smoothies are great, their other drinks are ok. The parking lot at this particular location (Los Gatos) can be an issue. While the lot by office depot is large, the lot in front of Panera Bread is small and spaces are tight. It is difficult to get in and out. I recommend parking by office depot and walking over.

Let me begin with I do love Panera and every employee in this location is extremely nice and friendly! My only complaint is the quality of the ice coffee. I have been going there all summer and unfortunately it seems they water down the ice coffee to the point that it barely tastes like coffee. I visited the Campbell (Hamilton Ave) location and their ice coffee was perfect. Please reconsider your recipe. Thank you!
