Giving an awesome review of Backyard Bowls on Hope st. Downtown Los Angeles. My mom and I go there occasionally to get breakfast bowls. The food is always good and the customer service is usually good as well. Well this last time we went, I must say, the experience wasn't good, it was superb!!! One employee by the name of Jason had remembered my mom and I as frequent customers and he went out of his way to offer us a free bowl and a frequent customer stamp card with half of the stamps on it for all the times he had seen us in the past. The food was good as usual, but Jason's excellent customer service made our experience even more the better. I can't wait to go back and add another stamp to my card!!! Thank you Jason and all the staff at Backyard Bowls Hope st.😊

This was my first time having one of these bowls. I had the green bowl with a few things added in. I’m a pretty health conscious person but not in the anal sense, I just like healthy food that taste good and this bowl was everything I could have imagined it to be. Filling with tasty and fresh ingredients and very visually appealing as well. The staff was polite and welcoming and the site itself was brightly lit and filled with bright colors and extremely clean. I’ll definitely be stopping by here again during my next trip to LA.

I'm giving a 3 star review because I had an allergic reaction after I asked them to replace the cashew milk. Taste wise is great, but I'm in so much pain and throwing up because of this. Make sure you ask the crew before leaving.

YUM. Healthy, delicious, non dairy, great staff, clean settings. There is little else I need from a quick place to grab a bite. Not to mention how incredibly fresh the ingredients are. The space was also a nice spot to stop and rest while touring downtown LA. Bit noisy while they blended but a pair of headphones and I was in breakfast bliss.

Great bowl and porridge spot! The place is nice to sit around in small groups or have it go. The bowls are hearty and tasted great! The power bowl was very nutty, we enjoyed the dragon bowl more! Place is pricey.
