Don't ever go here, unless you want to get ripped off!. NEVER EVER GO TO AROMA ON VENTURA BOULEVARD IN ENCINO: Be warned that they automatically charge 15% service charge on top of your bill, no matter the size of your party. THEN, they calculate tax on the food and drinks PLUS the 15% service charge. If that's not enough, when you pay by credit card they put a subtotal and another line for gratuity. You could be paying tip TWICE!! How many people actually look at the bill that carefully and will notice that they've already paid a mandatory tip regardless of the quality of service. They are totally ripping people off. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!

The food here is amazing! There is a reason there is almost always a wait to be seated, because the line is out the door. Save room for dessert or take it to go, it's incredible!!!
