Incredible food. Service timing was a bit out of sync, but all dishes were excellent. Seafood paella was enormous and definitely the best one I have ever had. All ceviches and small plates we had were also fabulous.

Food ingredient quality is pretty terrible, I had the steak nachos and the meat was BOTTOM of the barrel quality, each piece was gristly/ fatty, not an enjoyable meal at all other than the guac on top.
Please invest in better quality ingredients; also not a fan of the plastic cheese you used but this may be preferential as I know some Americans enjoy it.

I was hungry and I decided to try something like “Brazilian food”. When saw the name I figured I could find some “familiar “ food. After read Latin Fusion” I put all my expectations and I had the most wonderful surprise. As a professional cook and former restaurant owner for decades, I can tell you. The food is amazing! Customer service wonderful! This place is so clean! There is only one bathroom and it’s very clean! The only issue is the fact I don’t live in Los Angeles, and I’ll miss this place so bad!! Next time I’ll be in LA, I’ll stop by FOR SURE!

Drove from Anaheim to this spot, watched an episode of Tasty and this place was billed World's Best Cuban Sandwiches. They were good, I don't know about world's best. The pork was flavorful, moist and tender. Sangria was a bit of a disappointment, didn't really have any alcohol in it and I ordered a pitcher, ended up leaving most of it. Service was good.
