I visited this location on the 9/20/20 for 2 bagels with cream cheese. There was 3 customers ahead of me and I had to wait 20 minutes. Ordering was quick but the wait time seemed excessive. As I was waiting, I noticed they were completing several delivery pick up orders. The bagels were delicious and worth the wait. Based on my experience, they do need to improve on speed of service times.
They also had proper COVID social distancing in place and the location was very clean.

Easiest place for me to get bagels even close to NYC bagels. It's not the cleanest restaurant but the service is nice and the bagels are solid. Always go for the Nova Lox or tuna salad on an everything bagel.

Service and bagels are wonderful. Manager Lekeisha is the best but she is moving soon. So sad however I'm sure whoever comes in will be great. Wishing Lekeisha the very best

On my way to work I decided to stop at this Noah's bagels, I was craving a chorizo avocado jalapeño sandwich. I get that they had a couple of customers waiting. But for the number of staff cashiers I would have thought they had everything under control. I arrived at 0644 and left at 0708. Besides the wait time the worst thing for me was the sandwich itself. The bag I was given was dirty with sauce residue and avocado. I thought well I hope at least the sandwich will be good. Well LOL sadly I was wrong. One thing I hate the most is to bite a sandwich that just slips from your mouth due to how soggy and over filled it was. It was gross. I've come to this place before I've been offered better service and better food quality. I thought to myself I should have called and ordered. Well for the past week that I try to call my order, staff just place me on hold for more than 10 mins . Which I honestly do not have the time for that. It will be a while that I come back. I was left with a bad taste.

Just get the bagels... ordered a avocado toast. They used a 1/4 of an avocado (that was not ripe) and did not toast the bagel that tasted a day old..

I had the Garden Avocado breakfast sandwich. It was delicious. The service was great and although there was a bit of a line, it went quickly.

This place used to be great, but now it’s bad. We wanted to get lemonade, that’s all we wanted. We called first to see if they were open and the girl didn’t understand we were just trying to find out if they have lemonade. We went there, and there was no air-conditioning, and everyone was masked up. It was so hot in that place, and the one girl was very clearly taking her time. I finally asked her how long it would take just to get a lemonade. Finally left with nothing.The girl working there is really fat and can hardly walk because of it, so it was clearly not going to be anytime soon we would get an order of anything. It isn’t a job someone like that should be doing.
