Sunset Beer has been on my bucket list for years and I'm so excited I finally got to try it and I was definitely not disappointed. I'm actually glad there was a line out the door because I was having a hard time deciding what to order because it all looked delicious and I love elote as is it. I got the Elotedog that way I could get both the corn and a hotdog and it was bomb! Great flavor and just the right amount of food. I will definitely be back!
For it being our first time being here we were very pleased with the service and food. The cashier was very friendly and she explained and recommended food items to us. The hot Cheetos elote was so good. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back soon.
Full disclosure: I'm a vegetarian, so I've only ever tried the veggie dog. That being said, WOW. Best hotdog I've ever had. This place is a great example of real L.A. street food and a must-try if you're new to L.A., visiting, or showing around a friend. There's a small selection of beers on tap, which is great. Parking and seating is VERY limited because it's a small location, so it's best to go during off hours. The frustration of parking is well worth it, though, because the food is stellar. I've tried the veggie dog in a variety of styles (green, red, brown, and spicy) and I have never been let down yet. Awesome place!
Really enjoyed this intimate bar and shop. So many great beers to choose from with more than helpful staff to guide you through. There was a big screen showing the football as is the law on a Sunday! Great prices too!
Bacon wrapped hot dogs, a great invention we should all enjoy. Some family members bragged on this place so I went to see what's up. The place isn't that big but the food makes up for it. I had the Dirty Chili dog and fries. The bacon wrapped dog was great. I don't know what bread they use but it was good by itself. Overall, great meal. Will go back.
Major heart attack. Sometimes you need that extra calories to satisfy your mind and the body and this is the place. Very tasteful menu items and the price isn't too bad and the portions are large.
Just wanted to say Joe and Liz gave the best service to me and my friends! Great spot with great music, even was able to order some food as well! Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere chill and wholesome. Either way you'll find a great drink and some genuine people here
