Excellent and unusual pizza. I've lived in the SFV for six years and until Paoli's I couldn't find really good pizza. (I'm a Chicago-style fan.) Paoli's isn't proper Chicago, but it is excellent. The stuffed pizza with ricotta cheese and spinach is my favorite. I've never had a white pizza like this before. The others are good as well with good crust. We've always done take-out but the restaurant seems like it has a good atmosphere.
