Overall I like Chipotle. Overall I would give Chipotle a 3. This review is only intended for the one in Westfield Mall in Century City This Chipotle is a complete disgrace. Rude employees to begin with. If you don't like customer service get another job. Don't be rude to customers. I ordered a burrito ahead of time. I gave them 20 minutes and then proceeded to pick up my order. They told me it will take 20 minutes. No one was in line and the ingredients were well stocked. I was asking them why it will take 40 minutes to get my order when the person just walked away and left me alone. No one helped me for 10 minutes. Finally when someone walked to the counter to make my order she gave me dirty looks the whole time. She gave me the bag and said "next time if you want quicker service come and order at the counter. Don't order ahead. We don't like that." It seemed very odd since Chipotle promotes app orders all the time. Anyways. I sat down to eat my meal. What a mistake that was. Undercooked rice, overcooked chicken and cold, flat soda, and stale tortilla chips Overall a miserable burrito, a miserable experience, and a miserable place.
I might visit Chipotle again but definitely not this location. Thank you for ruining my lunch and my day.

I loved the service, it was fine. But when I ordered my food, I ordered a salad bowl and the lettuce was super wilted. I know it’s my fault, I should have said something, but I was hungry and didn’t think anything of it. The lettuce was slimy! So I ate around it, not even one hour later, my stomach was bubbling! The next morning I couldn’t stop throwing up! I got food poisoning! I hate this place, I will never eat at a chipotle ever again!

I went to this place today, the server put a fraction of a spoon sour cream in my plate, then I asked her to add a bit more, she got mad and put 2 HUGE spoons of sour cream on my food.
Very rude. Fire this incompetent employee.

Really?! If NO Stars was an option, THAT woulda been too much. So you say your location closes at 10 pm?? Well then explain why when I come in at 8pm…2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING…the stove has already been cleaned, the food options are at minimal, the server is serving super light on the food because CLEARLY they don’t want to have to make any more food,,, so what happens if someone comes in at 9:30pm?? Is it going to be..”oh, we ran out of that”. Who is the manager of this place? Check your employees Cuz you lost 4 customers tonight…and thousands of potential dollars. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Usually i like chipotle but NOT THIS TIME. this kid got his food before me and they charged me extra for chips and i got NONE, same with my quesadilla fillings. Next time I want it better organized.

I don’t know if every chipotle is like this now, but they are very stingy with the burritos. They made me a smaller than usual burrito. Very small portions of rice beans and meat. I asked the girl making it if she could make it bigger and told me I had to pay more. Not worth the price if they’re giving small burritos.

Portions are very small, teach your employees. Is this how you make money? By making the servings smaller and smaller every day? This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I order a regular food and what I get is kids food. Change your incompetent manager.

Too expensive for fast food. However, the new brisket meat in the burrito is so good especially if you order extra meat. The burrito was huge but cost $15
