I wanted coffee around lunch time so I stopped here. I got a large iced coffee (black) and the spicy bbq pork sandwich. That sandwich, people, was phenomenal. The meat was perfectly lean for me. And the spice level was perfect. I love spicy food though. The staff was also super nice and helpful. A very genuine “I hope you enjoy it” when I took my sandwich to go was the icing on the cake. FYI, I sure did!

Been going to this place for about 3-4 months now! Food is great! Come here and do all my work. The turkey pesto is great! Also some of the best cold brew I ever had! Also love the gluten free bread! And gluten free banana and pumpkin bread! The employees are great too! Such an amazing family business!

Such a vibe. Captures that elusive cafe third-place feeling and always has a seat open. Come here for coffee with a friend or a quiet lunch with a book. Will be back frequently.

I was here a couple of times 5 years ago and I loved this place. I returned because i have lovely memories of Sabor y Cultura. So i got an excellent lunch. This place has a unique atmosphere and super nice staff. Highly recommend it!

This is such a nice and cozy space. It is large and relaxing, they have many items on the menu and the staff is very nice. There are many seating options including a nice view of Hollywood Blvd, a couch, and tables for both one to two people and large groups. The artwork on the walls is great and is also for sale. I'll definitely come back!

Visited this place for a quick caffeine boost in our way to a museum... Place was a little busy and took my wife some time to get her order in and then she got the key for the bathroom when I came in she gave me the key and I proceeded to the bathroom and the lady screamed at me that the WC was for customers only, so my wife told here that we were together and "defused" the situation ha ha ha , I guess people used to just come in an used the toilet without buying something.... Coffee drinks were good and strong and our sandwich and cake were great....

I was just there and I’m so upset by the terrible customer service I received. I came in and the cashier was on the phone and proceeded to tell me to wait for over 7 minutes for her to finish arguing about an order she had versus taking my order. Finally, when I’m about to leave because this is ridiculous, she hangs up and offers a two worded apology and I order a waffle. Then she says “it’s gonna be awhile. I’ll tell you when it’s done” with as much kindness that I could muster, my reply was “you could’ve taken my order this entire time and it would’ve been ready.” She gets annoyed and walks away as if I’M the problem here. Never did she think to comp the $7 waffle for the minutes she stole from my life waiting on her or even to offer a coffee or tea. That’s the least you could do. Get a waffle elsewhere - Mustard Seed is pretty good The worst customer service I’ve ever had in a cafe. Hands down.

Its the best place that ever was. Exept for the bliss cafe. But the coffee was good and i didnt feel the oppressive hand of an overbearing governments wrath. So that was cool.

Fantastic, and casual/easy-going. No hassle Wi-Fi works good. Nice people (staff & customers alike). Their WAFFLES are FANTASTIC!!! Staff cooked mine for me right there as I waited. My mouth is watering as i type. Try the Waffle! :-)
