Review Regent China Inn - Los Angeles

As I walked in I was greeted and seated. So things started great. I was served with tea and was brought ice cold water. I had a few questions for the server regarding the menu and we're properly answered. The food came hot and was delicious. I would of gave it a 5 star if the restrooms weren't in such a bad condition. I highly recommend to owner to have restrooms remodeled. Over all food was great and pricing was excellent.

The food here is delicious, though I have many concerns on too many of the fees they provide, as for instance bringing inside drinks which they charge you a $0.50 fee. I ordered the food and it was given to me within a 10-minute area. They offer you tea and small bits of rice, along with soup which imo tastes great with the rice added into it. If I had the opportunity to arrive in LA with friends I would highly recommend bringing them to this restaurant.

The food is to die for... The service make you want to kill! A friend introduced me years ago, and their food is always the best. The service on the other hand gets worse every year. The ONLY reason I keep going is the fact that a 60 dollar meal will feed me and my friends, with next day yummy lunch leftovers

Been coming here as a kid with my parents even till this day. I love the portions given here at a cheap price and the food is always made right never had an issue with my order. Especially the lunch special is the best. You can eat here with just $20 and that would be enough to satisfy your chinese food cravings.

I ordered the twice cooked pork and it was the best I've ever had. The pork was tender and vegetables fresh. I'll definitely go back for that. I'm giving them a 4 star because I also ordered the hot&sour soup and it was meh. Nothing to write home about. Nice and clean restaurant. Friendly with great customer service.

Delicious food and awesome prices. The only negative thing I could tell you is that the staff has very limited English, and it's very difficult to understand them and order food. I give it a 5 star rating because of the flavor of the food, the price, and the quantity you get. Try the fried pork chops, they're very crispy on the surface, and soo soft and juicy on the inside.

If you want delicious Chinese food with meat you can actually chew. Then this is the restaurant you want to dine in. They have a lunch menu which charges $5.50 a plate. Cheaply priced and delightfully savory food. Their waiting staff seem less than enthusiastic but the food more than makes up for it. The men's room might be dirtier than a gas station restroom but hey you go there for the food. Not the porcelain office. I recommend the fried calamari with spicy salt. And I suggest you order a lemon, squeeze two pieces of lemon juice into a tea cup. Pour some of the red salsa. Mix it. Dip the calamari and your welcome. Enjoy!
