Every time I go shopping which is very often I like to buy a cup of Hot chocolate while pushing my cart around the store. The best cashier is Yari she is very helpful and always gives the best suggestions when I’m trying new drinks. Enjoy my attached pictures

There is a big Asian looking cashier is so rude and not supposed to be a cashier, he gave me a negative look. Smells so bad as always. They should wash the garbage cans after they remove the bags. The tall African American dude is so cool and awesome. I like it when he serves me he always has a big smile and very positive guy.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I work at a corporate Starbucks personally and I watched her make all 3 of my drinks and she made every drink wrong. She put no coffee in the mocha frap like it’s supposed to come with. I asked for an iced coffee with vanilla sweet cream and she used only regular heavy whip. Then I asked for a Venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew with full pumps of both vanilla and toffee nut and she only put four pumps of toffee nut no vanilla and once again regular heavy whip and no sweet cream.

I’m a college student who works in customer service and the baristas at this Target aren’t great. I came in to buy a gift card for a friend and the cashier was helping/flirting with the customer in front of me. I waited in line and when it was my turn to go up, the cashier looked at me, and turned away to talk to his coworkers. There were about 4 people working behind the counter and 3 customers still waiting. The cashier who blatantly ignored me kept rummaging through the cabinets very slowly. It was pretty clear he didn’t wanna be there. When he finally decided it was time to help the person waiting in line, he didn’t even acknowledge me, he just continued talking to his coworkers. He didn’t even look at me when handing me my receipt. I’ve been to the other Starbucks in Westwood and I’m he baristas there are great, but this one at target I have consistently had poor experiences. If you’re in Westwood, don’t go to this Starbucks unless you want to be ignored. I would have thought differently if the barista had been talking to his coworkers and not seen me, or at least seemed enthusiastic to help. But no, they clearly would rather be doing something else. Maybe get a new job or just quit.

Joseph is the best! His personality is cheerful, inviting and he made wonderful suggestions. Fast pace+ good attitude= happy Starbucks lovers :)

Fast service at 7:20 AM when other coffee places were packed. Iced Americano was great. I generally avoid Starbucks inside other stores, so this one surprised me.
