Review Veggie Grill - Los Angeles

It would say the food was good but that would be insufficient - it was delicious!! I was expecting something like waba grill but it was so much better. Fresh, yummy looking food, very healthy and enough veggies and meat that you felt like you were getting your money's worth. It's not cheap but you won't care once you've tried it. I got the kimchi beef bowl and it was *chef's kiss*. You can't see the sweet potatoes in my photo because i devoured them before i thought to take a photo. I will definitely be back to eat here again!

I'm not vegan, but this place is an amazing resturant for great, healthy, and unique vegeteranian food. Big fan of the menu! The staff is very welcoming and friendly and they make sure you are satisfied with what you have ordered. I am also a big fan of the variety of drinks that they have diffrent and delicious. I would different recommend this place.

Great area lovely outside weather made the meal that much more pleasant and definitely recommend the lemonades the meals were amazing 10/10 recommended! Will be returning soon!

The restaurant has copious options and diversity in its culinary. The menu is replete with trendy yet nutritious plant-based vegan dishes. On the desert part, the Belgian-styled confection that I ordered was mellifluous and enticingly flavorful. Yet another commendable aspect of this restaurant is the extent to which the staffs welcome food customization to fit customer's dietary preferences.

I love the Veggie Grill in Seattle, however for some reason this one put extra toppings of red onion and mushrooms on our burgers? Need to read the ticket more carefully. But it was still tasty after we picked them off. Delicious Vegan food!~

My family and I have been to Veggie Grill in Encino many times since they opened in 2013. It’s comforting as vegetarians to be able to walk in a restaurant and know we can order anything off the menu and, for the most part, it’s pretty good. We’ve never seen the place crowded so it’s always a fairly quick situation to order at the counter and then receive your food shortly thereafter. On this particular visit I had the Korean Street Tacos. I LOVE the Tres ‘Fish’ Tacos from the regular menu and, I don’t know about you, but it’s hard to stray away from your favorites when you’re at a restaurant, but I thought I’d give them a try. These definitely won’t land in the category of “my favorites”. Way too much of the “gochujang” sauce was included which made it difficult to enjoy the dish. The Tres ‘Fish’ Tacos, however is a delightful dim on corn tortillas with veggie “fish” that gives me the honest to good sensation that I’m eating fish tacos. My wife had the Beyond Meat Burger, kale style (ie on a bed of kale instead of a bun for you gluten-free folk out there.) You can order any of the burgers with the new “Beyond Burger” patty which has the look, texture, and almost the taste of actual ground beef. It’s pretty darned good when prepared properly and it’s definitely the patty you should go with if you get a “burger” here. (It’s gluten-free as well.) Our 9 year old’s go to is the Chickin’ Nuggets (which are more like strips than nuggets) which he gets with fries (other side choices available) and a dessert (carrot cake or cookies.) He gets very excited when we tell him we’re going to Veggie Grill as he LOVES this meal. The chickin’ strips are pretty good. I’ve enjoyed similar faux-chicken at other places a little more but these aren’t bad at all. I love that they have a seasonal menu which offers new things to try throughout the year and am generally excited that I can get a different, hearty vegetarian meal there every time we go. Sometimes we find the food is prepared with a little bit of a fast-food sensibility…not quite as flavored / seasoned the way it should be, or, like with the Street Tacos, too much of something, whereas some other similar casual vegetarian restaurants have a little more chef’s artistry in what they present and deliver…that having been said we’ll definitely be back.

Veggie grill is a great place for new vegans and vegetarians. Great options of food. Taste great. My only thing is your employees are like 80% of the time, rude. Idk what it is no matter what location I go to I always get a rude cashier. They either see you walk in and they don't greet you or when you order they aren't helpful or when you ask for something they give you mega attitude. Idk what it is even when I call and pre order. Idk. But I do recommend downloading the app you earn rewards that can be used for food. We use to come here alot but now maybe 1x a month if that. I love the nachos and the burgers. Today we tried the tacos. They were good. My only thing is once you already have a not so happy cashier, will they mess with my food? #thefear

The staff was very nice and professional. The food could use some seasoning. My steakhouse burger had items missing off of it and I had to ask for the missing added items along with the bacon being burnt. If I go again I will have to try something else entirely. Added bonus the cucumber mint lemonade is so delicious.

Everything on the menu is delicious, and well-made. High-quality ingredients, great service, amazing flavor, and all-around great experience. Two drawbacks: it is a little pricey for what you get, and they do not serve any commercial soda, so no Coke or Pepsi with your meal. Other than that, this is for amazing nachos, chickin' wings, and veggie burgers!

The mandatory valet parking/or lack of street parking was a nightmare. I almost just left because the line to wait to have your car parked was insane & the parking valet wanted me to leave my keys in the car with the window down! I can’t even express on how many levels this was not ok.

The place is very friendly and they also have such good food. I go there very often and try different food options!

Outstanding! The service was excellent and fast. The food was delicious and healthy. All of it! We were there with only a couple of other customers and it was like having it all to ourselves. It helped it was Valentine's Day. Can't wait to go back.

This is my absolute favorite place on Ventura Blvd! I always order the chocolate pudding parfait for dessert! Yum

The Kale Ceasar salad is to die for! I love the menu as it is diverse!

Every time I go I see families eating together. There's always cool music and the staff is friendly, patient and efficient. If I were to ever invest in a "chain" restaurant this would be it. Awesome.

Fried placents and umbilical soup was awful as was the feces smoothie.

I had the Santa Fe crispy chikin and it was bomb, btw it was my first time eating there and I could tell I'm going back soon to try the carrot cake :)
