The food is great! I've gone to fishbone a couple of times, approximately 5 months apart. Both times that I've gone, the fish was fresh. The first time that I went I had red snapper. The second time, I had a salmon salad. Best salmon salad I've ever had! The grilled salmon was delicious and the lettuce was fresh and crisp, it had various fresh vegetables in it, yummy and fulfilling! The owner, Eric Williams, is usually there, greeting you with a smile and a warm welcome, when you walk in. Great food, great hospitality, family friendly.
I had the catfish & shrimp combo plate with potato salad and red beans & rice (which need a little salt). I must say the fish & shrimp were off the chain. And the only bad thing is this joint is around the corner and walking distance from my place(this could be a problem). They also offer grilled seafood which they offered us a taste of and the grilled seafood is awesome.
So I'm calling all my valley fam to come out and support this black owned establishment, you won't be disappointed.
Hands down my favorite fish spot and I'm about it! Got fried salmon hush puppies jumbo shrimp and rice and beans they even threw in that fresh bun! Tartar is the best I've ever tried and the hot sauce is on point! This place is underrated! 6 stars if I could ✨
Best decision of this day ! Thank the lord for Fishbone 🤤🙏 I ordered jumbo grilled shrimp, grilled red snapper and a side of beans,rice and collard greens . Worth every penny and more lol
This place has a family feel and there is no other fish place that compares. The owner is always friendly and one time they forgot to put my order in and he offered me some shrimp that he quickly made while I waited. The other employees are always so friendly as well. They always smile when they greet you. That is just the ppl experience there. I can’t even begin to express how good their food is and their homemade tarter sauce. You will not regret going here!

First time, ordered combo menu shrimp,oyster and red snapper grilled. Hush puppies/bean n rice sides.. went back to car to wait, order was delivered to car by surprise... FOOD was hot cook well and great along with polite service....
Excellent food great service 4 stars because the macaroni salad was flavorless fish and shrimp were fried perfectly potatoe salad was excellent too bad about the macaroni salad
We came here out of chance because the other place we were going to was closed but MAN WAS THIS A GOOD HAPPENING. All the fish is fresh and the taste is just AMAZING. The staff was super friendly and helpful and this tiny place really blew my mind. The serving sizes are enormous for the low prices and I will definitely come back.
