It has been too long since I have had truly fresh, delicious sushi. This place was great!
I came for lunch, and ordered the sushi combination with spicy tuna rolls. Everything was melt in the mouth fresh and great tasting.
I couldn't stop there, so I ordered salmon eggs.
It came with 2 rolls only, but they were worth it. Still craving more delicious food, I ordered their special So What hand roll -spicy tuna, salmon combo. It was very good. I can't wait to come back already.
So sushi is hands down the best Sushi I have eaten anywhere. I will put up SO Sushi up against any sushi spot in the west, east, mid valley. Everywhere else is mediocre compared to So Sushi.

The yellowtail and tuna were so epic, I asked for a custom roll with them combined with soy paper, avocado, cucumber & tempura crunch.
Quality fish for sure. Great selection of fishies. Ankimo was very yummy. Enjoyed the live sweet shrimp and live scallops. Red snapper and black snapper were cut well great chew and flavors. Truly enjoyed the experience and will be back.
I'm not a rolls guys, but for rolls, it's pretty good. Fish tasted fresh but the rolls ultimately all tasted somewhat similar after awhile. I got the solantro roll, crispy rice with tuna, spicy albacore roll, the so what cut roll, and the baked scallops. My favorites were the spicy albacore and the baked scallops.
My background, I've been to all 5 of major islands of Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku, and Okinawa, and usually visit Japan twice a year.

We love love So Sushi so much! Ryo is great and has a wonderful personality. Came here for our anniversary and I had all my favorites. I ordered Ankimo sushi, so what handroll and cut roll, uni and Toro cut roll (soooooo good and creamy), Japanese mackerel sushi, jumbo scallop sushi, and amberjack sushi 😍 soooooooo freaking good.
I have no words this place is amazing! Food tasted very good but the best part it takes only 1 minute to wait! Mostly in other restraunts it’s like 15 minutes but this is amazing! I recommend going here. Chef is a pretty cool guy.

It’s not the most fancy sushi place in the valley, but it’s the best sushi in the valley, it’s fresh, tasty and the service is above and beyond so friendly attentive team, and the price is worth it a 100% and another time the team are excellent

One of the best sushi restaurants for sashimi I've ever had! We both had the small Sashimi Lover Meal: Tuna, Yellowtail, and Albacore served with soup and rice. Wow! It was fresh, high grade, thick cut, sashimi that melted in your mouth. We couldn't have been happier with our meal! Compliments to the chef and owner. You have a top notch establishment. Delicious, professional, and affordable. The ultimate combination. Can't wait to come back! Thank you.
