Ramen Champ - Los Angeles - Photo album

The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The food was over the top delicious!! This is a spot I will definitely be back to to try everything on the menu. Everything is so fresh and has such good flavor. Can’t recommend enough!
They deserve 10 stars! We planned our errands in the area so that we could do lunch here & came in at 1:10 pm when they close at 1:30 pm. We were still seated with a smile (there’s no air conditioning so we sat under the ceiling fan) & helped ourselves to the menu’s. The service was stellar, the ser
Fantastic local ramen and quick service! Food comes out piping hot and tonkatsu broth and noodles have improved over the last few years. This is our go to place when we don't want to drive to VF.
Came here on a Sunday at lunchtime with about a 15-20 min wait. It's a pretty small restaurant which is better suited for small parties of up to 4 people. My party of 5 got seated and we were a little squished because we got a table that was better suited for four people and just had an extra chair
The fam had a sudden craving for ramen on our way to our hotel in Pacifica. Ramen Champ showed up in google map as on the way and had the higher review ratings in Google. The hubby and the girls defaulted to their miso ramen. I had to try the Buta Max Ramen. I did ask the server if it would be enoug
Had ramen and takoyaki and they were great. What was better was the service, we were served water again and the best part was they saw we were struggling with chopsticks (I may have had 'how to use chopsticks' open on YouTube on my phone) and offered forks and also an extra bowl to share our noodles
It's really one of the best ramen restaurants in the Bay Area. The yuzu ramen is one of our favorites.
They were famous for Nironki ramen, which is a style of ramen served with a lot of sprouts and cabbage. The chicken karaage was delicious, and the braised pork was also pretty tasty. However, we weren’t big fans of the soup because the flavor was slightly bland, and we could only tasty soy sauce.
Ramen flavor 5 star, but noodle is a bit too hard take a bit effort to chew. Otherwise could have been 5 stars. Staff is very friendly, and I will come back for sure.
I can't get enough of this place! The buta max is unreal... Never had anything like it. To those in the kitchen, thank you so much for all your hard work and everything you do. Your food brings me joy ❤️❤️❤️ (I order mine with no bean sprouts so that's what you see in the photo).
Good ramen with it's own style. We had the mazesoba, tonkutsu and buta ramen. Tonkutsu broth was creamy. The buta ramen reminds me of Nagasaki champon style. The mazesoba has its own personality. Noodles are done perfect. Good!
One of the best ramen restaurants in San jose! Their service is very friendly and they speak both English and Japanese in a friendly way! Their tonkatsu is not too sweet and very flavorful! I do wish they make their own noodles though or maybe its a premium add-on... Their pork is very tender and is
It was delicious and amazing service. We usually drive all the way to SF from DT San Jose for good ramen, I don’t think we need to drive that far anymore after trying this place!! Everything was delicious. My fave was the calamari and tonkatsu ramen. The miso ramen was amazing too… the baby food in
Ramen Champ is added to my go-to list for Ramen, and I totally recommend everyone to try out Buta Max Ramen. It was a bomb! Very flavorful broth, huge portion, and variety of toppings in it, it is just different level of creation that I have never tried it at any other place before. Raymond was very
The maze men had very good noodles, but was a bit too rich for me. Would probably be a good idea to get something acidic to cut through the richness. I also made the mistake of putting all of the provided hot sauce in which made everything too salty. Next time I’ll do things a little differently.
This used to be a mom and pop bento spot for several decades, RC has kept the tradition alive, albeit with ramen. The ambience is still hole in the wall, but tastefully so. Not a good spot for large parties. Service when I went for lunch on a weekday was polite, attentive and just the right amount o
You order by scanning a QR code on the table with your phone, which is more convenient than needing to flag someone down to order. I got the tonkotsu ramen and teriyaki chicken karaage. My friend got the miso ramen. As other reviews have mentioned, the noodles here are the thick kind, so they have
Very delicious spicy habanero Ramen. Will be coming back here again.
