Review Breva Restaurant - Los Angeles

Breva is inside the The Fig Hotel aka The Fuigeroa Hotel. We went on a Friday for lunch. Wasnt too busy we were sat immediately. The server came fast to take our drink order and shortly after that we place our order. I order the the Burger at the Fig is was really tasty medium rare. My friend order the Dry aged burger. Both very good but next time I go back I'll order the Dry aged one. Nothing wrong with The Fig Burger its just that the Dry Aged was better in taste for my liking. Also Brittney was great and very helpful in her recommendations. Chocolate cake was too chocolatey for me needed a scoop of vanilla.

It was a great experience. The rib eye steak I ordered was great. The meat is very tender and flavourful. The atmosphere is nice and fancy. The service is great. Hope to visit again.

Delicious food and amazing service! We got seated in the hotel lounge area since we showed up without a reservation and the restaurant was full. Their food is fresh, flavorful, and hip. We had octopus, chicken wings, mushrooms, flat iron steak, and branzino! (It was a bit more than needed for three people, but we finished everything.) Our server was Brittney and she was super attentive and professional. She definitely made our dining experience superb. We left feeling like it was worth every dollar we spent. I highly recommend it.

I visit LA often, this is a great addition downtown. Beautiful bar, good menu of classic dishes. Best G&T ever.

You can tell the people behind this place truly care about providing a stand-out experience. Breva is located inside the newly revitalized Hotel Figueroa. Like the rest of the hotel, its atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between being lavish and inviting, which isn't an easy trick to pull off. Everyone on the staff, from the valets and those at the front desk, to the servers and bartenders, are super helpful and friendly. You'll find none of that too-cool-to-care attitude we've all encountered at other posh places here. I arrived early for dinner with friends and found a quiet spot at the edge of the lobby to do some work. All I had was hot tea, and the staff was very intuitive about when check in or leave me be. I felt welcomed. That carried over into the restaurant where the servers and managers made my party feel at home. We even got to meet one of the chefs and the gentleman in charge of the bar program (who made me an incredible off-menu cocktail with mescal!). About the food...having never tried foie gras, I decided to give it a go. It was too rich for my taste buds, but my sense is that the dish was done impeccably well. What I was really excited about, and what really shined, was their burger. Seriously just damn delicious. My friend order the fried chicken and crispy potatoes, which were also amazing. What a meal to remember! If you find yourself in the area, you must check this place out.

This is a great restaurant with amazing tasting good. The service was great and quick. Good pricing was reasonable. They do not have typical drinks on their menu but they do offer soda, tea, and sparkling water. The bill had an item at the wrong price but they fixed it for us immediatly. I suggest the potato skins app, tuna sandwich, or one of their burgers.

Great food and ambience, and great spot for a date night. The bone marrow was one of the highlights - buttery, salty, yummy with perfectly toasted bread. Service started a bit flaky with the front desk lady being extremely rude but was made up by whom I think was the maitre d'. He was attentive, detailed and always conscience about customer needs.

We had the clams, tuna tartare, and fried chicken. It was all excellent, and the appetizers were larger than in some other upscale restaurants. Cocktails were also lovely. Very pleased with our whole experience.

I've been meaning to try Breva since it opened and finally had a chance to do it tonight. Went as part of a party of four and ordered dinner family-style. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and small plates, as well as one main dish. Everything we had was delicious! The standouts among our order were the grilled oysters, crispy potatoes, and the branzino. We collectively ordered three different gintonicos and all were creative, tasty, and prettily presented. Also have to give a shout-out to the service. The staff was delightful.

A downtown gem located near staples center and Nokia plaza. Seasonal and rotating menu featuring local produce and regional dishes. Great classic gin and tonic menu and other craft cocktails. The staff was friendly and warm. We had pretty much everything on the menu, and absolutely everything was Devine. With cocktails and 2 bottles of wine all the small plates and mains for 6 people, the bill was 550 before tip, approx 180 in alcohol. If you're going to a kings game, or other events at staples, stop by and check this place out.

This place is located inside hotel Figueroa. A charming upscale Mediterranean restaurant with a lot to offer. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are entering a modern 1920's LA hot spot. To start I had the Small half dozen oysters served with vinegar, Bone marrow with a grilled lemon and a pinch of sea salt on the side. I finished my meal with the sea bass main course which just melts in your mouth and a side of the No.3 While enjoying my meal the Maiter D stopped by and asked how everything was, which gives the impression they really do care. overall it was a pleasant experience and I will be going back!

This place is a little gem! Im a sauce gal so sauce is everything to me and they hit it with the sauces... the gravies are super dynamic in flavor and delicious! blonde was my fav but i appreciated both. Fries were perfectly cut and seasoned. the spicy chicken was amazing! and I'm not much of a meat eater, so for me to say that really tells you something. And The people working there were super nice!

Celebrated a work event at Breva last month. Food and service A+. We ordered several items from the appetizer menu to share, all delicious good! Entrees too. Afterwards we took a walk around the newly revamped Figueroa, definitely worth a visit. Sorry I didn’t take pictures!

Great space within Hotel Figueroa. Chorizo omelette is my favorite for breakfast. Also, grilled oysters are a must.

Try the steak and cauliflower. Also don’t miss the chocolate cake.
