I have been coming here for a while. It’s a great location and scenery but what prompted me to come leave a review was the customer service I received the other day. I wish I had gotten the young lady’s name. I had a mobile order at another location by mistake. All my fault but this person took the liberty to copy my order and do a new one for me free of charge! I was already running late to my destination. I am a person of integrity so I was about to reorder. I only told her I apologize but my order is in the wrong location. She offered. This was amazing! Saved me time and left feeling very appreciated. Weeks later I came to write the review because I was just thinking how good I left there receiving excellent service from genuine people. Which is what we need more of everywhere!!

Yesterday I met with a friend in the Wilshire District for ☕ coffee around 5ish in the evening.. I happened to find this location on Google maps. I have never been to this store before. Parking on a Sunday night is fine .. because you don't have to feed the"parking 🅿️" meter. This location is decked out ... I have taken several pictures to share what it looks like.. There is a patio, there plenty of areas to sit down. The service was quick...the store 🏬 was very clean inside . I ordered a pistachio ☕ coffee.. It was delicious..! February 6,2021

Larger Starbucks with really nice staff. Nice patio up front, and the best of all is..... the neighbor Baja Fresh, who play best Latino music ever. So take your coffee and sit outside. Best of two worlds.

This is the best Starbucks in all of LA. Super friendly and courteous, most of them anyway. There is a barista there worth avoiding, but she wasn't there that day so it made it better.

I suggest ordering on the app because morning, lunch time and around 4-6 there’s always a line and there’s a wait. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Normally clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes they run out of everything bagels. Drinks are always prefect. There is a bathroom. Also enough room for strollers.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in LA! The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is impeccable. What a wonderful team at this location! They always great you with a warm and genuine smile; and they also remember your name and favorite beverage. They truly deserve the highest praises for their outstanding costumer service. Excellent Starbucks with some of the best staff in town. Aaron, Miguel and the Australian guy always treat me great with excellent customer service.
Note: I give the Staff here bonus points for professionalism because the location is very busy with quite a few rude, obnoxious customers.
The store is big and long with plenty of seating in and outside. SAG hq is next door.

Whole staff extremely hospitable. The AC was at the perfect temperature for a hot day like this. I love the Starbucks rewards program and the food items are equally satisfying. The Wi-Fi here is very good. I enjoyed a great lunch at this place
