Went on a Monday for lunch and bottomless mimosas with my closest girlfriends. We absolutely loved everything about our experience! First of all, they have parking. We were greeted warmly and sat promptly. The decor is simple and inviting. The bottomless mimosas are brought to you by the glass and you can try all of the tasty juice combos they have (instead of a bottle of champagne and a carafe of OJ unceremoniously plopped on the table like some restaurants); our favorite was the Hyperion Sunrise. It was tough to decide what to order from the varied menu. We ordered the cheeseburger, club sandwich, shrimp tacos, and veggie banh mi, and it was all so good that conversation and mimosa drinking slowed to a halt as we chowed down. The service was excellent as well. We can't wait to come back and spend time in the Community Pub area.

The dining room is low lighting and very quaint. Atmosphere relaxing. Food was excellent the staff was wonderful. The bar was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Great food! Loved the avocado fries and the sweet potato fries. The vegan burger was a bit on the dry side. Lots of different areas to sit. The bar area was a bit loud, they blasted the TVs. The server was very nice and attentive! For a Saturday night the places was fairly empty.

Hyperion is the lower bar/restaurant, but on Wednesdays the upper bar is known as The Speakeasy. It's a little niche of urban, underground cool that is a den to creatives of all kinds. Plus toss in burlesque, musicians, magic, and poetry acts all thrown in, and you have quite the smorgasbord of entertainment. They have wonderful absinthe drinks, which are rare to find, and their food is just the right amount of pub quality without being icky.

Loved going here & visiting my friend that bartends here on the weekends.. very low-key neighborhood spot with a good selection of beer on-tap — Hyperion shoots you right into Glendale &/or to the 5 freeway.. pretty convenient

I want to give my neighborhood bar a little love. I've been frequenting Hyperion Public for almost a decade now since it's in my neighborhood and I love the vibes. The staff is super friendly and I love the recent remodel. The outdoor patio is open again! The menu has recently been overhauled to pivot to soul food (don't worry, the wings are still on the menu) which is a WONDERFUL addition to Silverlake. I love HP!

I have to give it up for the Mexipsters running the kitchen in this joint. Everything about it is hipster to the max. The tacos are without a doubt the best take on traditional tacos that I have had here in LA without it being at my mom's house. They do not stray far from the unmistakable ensenada style fried shrimp while the grilled fish was seared flawlessly. The cream style sauces that came standard where strikingly present without overpowering the rest of the ingredients. BEWARE, the side salsa that comes with the tacos is FIRE. If you are not an experienced professional chili eater you may want to ask for a milder sauce. I fully enjoy fire in my mouth and found it delightful. The chips are home-made and worth a go at as a quick appetizer. Also on the table was loaded sweet potato tots. These tiny delectable morsels of crunchy yumminess were topped with a generous helping of crispy bacon bits, green onions and a cheese conglomerate that together created a sauce that should be bottled and sold. There is outdoor seating available which is a nice option for this type of food. Excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the LA area.

The girl at the bar was “disconnected.” I say that instead of rude bc you never know what anyone is going through. I also don’t like to say negative things about black women but we came in as a group and there was just no sign of life in this human. You’d think as a bartender you’d crack a smile or be minimally warm to a group celebrating a bday. Cold but this place has a cool dive bar vibe def suggest popping in

Morning, noon or night, you just can’t go wrong here. They do a wonderful brunch on the weekend, have delicious food for lunch, have a noteworthy happy hour, and their late night is a blast as well! I love coming here for their awesome happy hour between 4-7pm, where you can get $4 crispy shrimp tacos and $5 Old Fashioned. My personal favorite is the Brussels Sprout Cobb salad. Do check out their late night as well, as they have karaoke and themed nights every week.

Came for brunch, which was pretty tasty. I got the chilequiles, which I just wish we're a tad crispy rather than a pile of mush. Paid $18 for bottomless brunch cocktails, although 7 or so drinks in and I didn't feel anything other than dehydrated... Pretty typical of bottomless brunches though. But I gotta say, it was nice that you can mix and match.

Love this spot. Bottomless is a great deal - bartenders are awesome! Food options are clutch - I recommended the sweet potato tots and breakfast burrito! Also big plus - they open and host for Manchester City matches! Thanks guys! Parking on the street via meter and also in the small back parking lot
