Well, first of all it is just the best burger ever. Brought our daughters here and you should have seen how wide their eyes got tasting them. I will say, they are not huge, I can see why folks would order a double if hungry. Not as much of a novelty as other pots might be. But I would go for flavour over size and the option is there if you want more. Then there’s the shakes. Crazy good. The chocolate shake is just incredibly full of flavour. Famous for a reason. The sauces make the fries come alive. Then there is the service, we had Maribel bend over backwards to get us a hot spice for our fries (above and beyond) and she was so super friendly too. Great place and a must for us every visit to the states.

Great burgers! I got the smokeshack with 2 beef patties. The little red peppers on the burger offer a light spice but mostly just flavorful. They offer lettuce wraps and gluten free buns. The chocolate shake was also delicious and not too thick. My girlfriend got the shroomshack burger which had a large fried mushroom. The mushroom wasn't overly battered and was very moist. Both burgers were fresh and tasty, and served hot. We also got the regular fries which were lightly salted salted and also great. They clearly use high quality ingredients!

Very nice burger joint at the mall food court in Century City! Bacon cheddar burger is the bomb! Chicken sandwich is a chick fila knock off, but well done. Fries are very good and crispy. Their cookies and cream shake is fantastic (with malt). Frozen custard was great. Chicken nuggets were 4 stars out of 5. Recommended. Service was perfect and even the bussing staff was courteous and efficient. Decor is nice, music not too loud and the place was clean and tidy. 5 minute line. Full ADA access. Highly recommended.

I enjoy eating Shake Shack’s Shackburger. They have Hamburger, Chicken Sandwich, and Hot Dogs. They also have Shakes and Frozen Custard. And I also enjoy the Crinkle Cut Fries. They also have different kinds of drinks like Spring Citrusade, Fifty/Fifty Kiwi Apple Limeade, and Fifty/Fifty Spring Citrusade. They also sometimes do a Special Menu for Every Month. So this is a good place to get a lunch and it is in the Westfield Century City Mall.

When the restaurants at the mall have a 2 hour wait for a table and you have kids with you, head over to Shake Shack for friendly service and food served quickly. They even offer 🌭 hot dogs and a vegan chocolate shake!

The food here is absolutely amazing. Steaming hot, fresh, and made-to-order, the easy to approach menu features classic American fare. Make sure to get a large beer on tap and cheesy fries for an incredible lunch experience.

After trying to eat it two other restaurants here at Century City Westfield this is the best deal and I got my food quickly and it’s clean and spacious. Thank you Shake Shack!!!🥰🥰🥰

Great place to eat esp at Century City Mall with great atmosphere. Meat tasted so fresh and homemade. I got the double stack shack and spicy cheese fries. So good! Must try!

Really good shake and burger restaurant. My girlfriend and best buddy and I went there for lunch on Wednesday and got the mushroom burger, the shack burger, and the cheeseburger combos with fries and drinks.
The flavored punch lemonade was great, and the chocolate chip shake awesome.
Food was really good. The burgers were a bit smaller than I remember several years ago, but still an excellent place to dine at the Westfield mall.
