Not as good as I remember it used to be …… but today could have been an “off” day. Had 2 grilled shrimp tacos that were so wet they fell apart in our hands. Messy: but tasty. Also 2 beef tacos that tasted okay but were dry. We came late for lunch (2.30) so maybe earlier the meat would have been better and not so dry and chewy. Also had a chille relleno which was delicious.

Cactus Taquerias is a nice little taco shop on the street, various types of tacos, brisket, sirloin, shrimp, and fish, all amazingly delicious 😋.
Best part of dining here is the feeling of the neighborhood, somehow friendly warm.

My favorite burritos is town! Grew up in LA and now live in CT, but this is always a must do everytime I'm back home. It's a grab and go, or sit down and shove your face kinda spot. The homeless and crazies hang around, a bit. But what place in LA isn't exempt from it? CA burrito forever

Only had some rolled tacos to go real quick and they were pretty good. They packed the food up carefully so that none of it was soggy. I would come back to try the other items.

I come here frequently to have a quick bite. Really depends on what you get but the quality is pretty good. They serve their breakfast options all day which is a plus. Service is fast and efficient. Depends on what time you go to determine if it’s busy or not. There is tons of outdoor seating. Parking is scarce though, I’d recommend walking if you can

I think this is one of the better taco shops in the area. It is very small and the surrounding area is kind of gross but their food is delicious and the price is good. The California burrito here is my favorite.

Steak tacos are amazing. Get them with the cojita. Sauces you get on the side are very tasty. My barbacoa was decent but not impressive. The carnitas were downright awful. Prob worst I’ve had. Do not get the carnitas. Pieces seemed hard/old.
However, the steak was incredible. Pickled carrots, onions etc came in side too along with radish. Friendly people. Fast service.
Fryers were down so I could get items I had originally wanted. Would come again so giving 4 stars. I just won’t get the carnitas.

We just moved into the neighborhood and saw that this place always had a line. We decided to try it yesterday and it was the best d vision ever. Cheap eats and amazingly delicious tacos. Definitely a must try!!!
